This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. They are rude and the orders are never correct. You can call and call no one ever answers the phone and when they do they won’t let you talk to a manger. They hang up on you. The chicken is nasty and I’m gonna report them to the health department. Thee worse Popeyes ever and this coming from someone who used to work for Popeyes. I love Popeyes food but after today I won’t frequent their establishments anymore. My food arrive not in a delivery bay the box was wide open. No napkins or utensils. I called and the cashier was rude and hung up on me without letting me speak with a manager. I ordered 3 wings and 2 breast they sent breast and all legs. Dried out and I’m sure pass the 30 minute hold time.

Ver pathetic!!!! Ignored me until I spoke up. Still had to wait when it was only me & another guy inside restaurant. I asked for 12 boneless wing combo! I got bone in wings. Been calling they keep handing up ♂️ I just wanted my food I paid for or my money!!!!!

I ordered 2 apple pies and the manager said that it was a 4 minute wait for some fresh ones so i said ok no problem. After waiting 10 mins they gave me the wrong pies and when i went back to explain that i was allergic to the strawberry pies the cook in the back called said in spanish ” i gave the mono apple pies” and seem to think that it was funny. Hopefully they will improve their customer service in order to have great business. Definitely will not be going back.

This was my second and last time trying this Popeyes. The first time I went in person and had to wait for fifteen minutes for an order I’d placed online hours before. Then they handed me a sealed bag that contained about half of my order. They gave me the missing items, but I realized that my pickle chicken sandwiches had no pickles on them. Today, I ordered delivery through GH. I was AGAIN missing half the items and there were no pickles on my pickle chicken sandwiches. After reading the other reviews here, it’s become obvious that this location does not care about customer satisfaction and are okay with stealing from their customers. As someone who grew up in Louisiana and only occasionally indulge as a treat, this was extremely disappointing. I will not order from this location again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I ordered online at about 9:00pm last night, got to the store around 9:30. They informed me they didn’t have what I ordered which was original chicken tenders. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund and they didn’t have my food. There isn’t a way to cancel your order so they suggested I call my bank. They gave me the wrong number to corporate last night and today they claimed they didn’t have the number for corporate! Freaking pathetic. They never have food after 9:00pm at this location so my question is why are yall still open?! I’m done with this Popeyes they will never get my money again! Then while I’m in there today they keep talking to each other in Spanish and laughing like something was funny!
