Liz, the general manager, is helpful, professional amd friendly! She introduced herself and was available to speak with, which was a nice, personal touch! The team preps and serves the food, hot and fresh, in a timely manner. The portions for the ‘pick two’ are generous at this location. The customer service here tonight was excellent from start to finish! Thanks to the whole team!

I ordered the pick 2. My choice was the half a Greek salad and half of the garden Caprese melt sandwich. The Caprese melt was outstanding. It had basil, fresh mozzarella, tomato, arugula, shredded Parmesan and a green goddess dressing
On top of it. There was no skimping on this sandwich. From size and the ingredients.
It was delicious. I have yet to try the Greek salad. I’m saving that for dinner tonight. The half size Caprese Melt was more than enough to have for lunch. I ordered on the Panera app. Fast pickup!
I was in and out everyone very friendly there. a great choice for lunch. Can’t wait to try that Greek salad tonight. Here’s the real question would I go back? Most definitely!

I have been going to this Penera 2 years so far and I haven’t write a review because I am not used to do it but dammmm they deserve, they are awesome! It is my favorite Panera ever , I feel like in family and at home, they are a great team. My husband and I go almost every day to get our lunch or dinner, we usually ask big salads and beverages.
We love Pooja, who is almost always at the register, always greets us with a smile; her joy and kindness are innate, she is aleays willing to help you and make you have a good experience, she is the best. Liz and Isaac, the managers always make our salads with love, they have already known exactly how we want them and what size of cup we want and extra dressing we will ask, they are on it . They have vocation for customer service , they also always greet us with a smile and are very friendly. We appreciate them, and that’s why, and much more, why we love Panera Norridge.

Kudos to the GM of this location for fabulous and thoughtful service with my delivery order. At the last minute, I added some bagels to my dinner order to have for tomorrow, and when the order arrived, there was an apology note about the Everything bagels being not up to standard and overdone, and small gift with the order to make up for it. That is incredible customer service. (Oh, and my salad and soup — and even the extra toasty bagel I tried — were all fresh and delicious.)

Pretty decent Panera, all in all. I just wish Panera would offer some gluten free bread options, be they in the form of pastries or baguettes etc. There are so many new types on the market these days, which taste so good and you’d never know, that it would appeal (and thus sell) to a wider market besides just the GF crowd. The staff is awesome, too. They’re always friendly and go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. It really makes the experience stand out.

Let’s start with service , this is at 6pm waiting for someone to help me so I can order , no one is in front except some old guy cleaning equipment. No hi no hello no nothing so I walked away hoping I can order on the machine – the next set of of customers walk in same thing , next customer walks in and this guy wakes up and says can I help you while he is cleaning the machine still and he is spraying cleaning spray all over the bake goods lol. Bottom line is this place and this company is definitely on it way out, you can tell the food is below average and can’t even call this fresh anymore , customer service is obviously long gone and definitely not a priority and zero training that’s obviously desperately needed.
And that’s my sad story …..
