I was in Knoxville for the weekend and had previously stopped by to fuel up at the attached fuel station and the BBQ aroma hit me. I wanted to try it but didn’t have time. I decided I’d stop in before leaving Sunday morning. I stopped in and asked if the BBQ meats were being sold at 1030am. As I wanted it to-go to have for a late lunch once I made it back to Huntsville Alabama. They told me it was available to order. When I arrived at home I was shocked at the fact they’d sell bbq meat looking like this. My ribs appeared half eaten, extremely dried and over done. The slices of brisket looked and tasted like an old leather belt. Extremely dried and tough. The look itself was enough to throw it away, but thought id give a bite to see. I was embarrassed for the restaurant. If I was local I’d definitely would have returned for a full refund. I was already home 3 hours away extremely disappointed and starved. My 11-year-old daughter looked at it and was disgusted. Having to go out to pick something else up to eat.

Not going to mention anyone but buddys owners. I’m making the decision as should more people to stop taking it. Yes it’s 2 pennies but over time it’s not. They choose to round down for change given. So here’s what it’s actually costing them. 3 breakfast stops a week. Every Friday night one feeds 5 family pack. And every other Saturday lunch. There are too many ridiculous fees imposed these days for anyone wanting my business to take a little more. The staff did there job so no problem with them or the manager.

Over several recent orders, this location has repeatedly failed to include entire portions of my meals. My most recent experience was a birthday dinner order over $40, and more than half of it was missing.
This was not a delivery service issue; it was a straightforward kitchen oversight. A pork sandwich dinner arrived without fries, coleslaw, or barbecue sauce.(on a BBQ SANDWICH!?) Wings had no fries and no ranch. The fudge cake was mostly ice cream and fudge, missing the actual cake.
If you can’t package a basic meal correctly, then perhaps it’s time to reconsider offering delivery or re-evaluate the attention to detail in the kitchen.
Accuracy and care are basic expectations. After multiple chances and the same outcome, I will not be ordering from Buddys anymore.

Our first time at Buddy’s was great! My husband and I shared a meal (triple). It was plenty for 2 people. And it passed our food taste test.The staff was friendly, efficient and fast. Traffic getting there was awful. Very congested. But worth finding our way there.

We stopped for breakfast on our way through and it was SO cheap and SO good. Honestly really glad we ended up stopping there. The breakfast platters are only like $5 and the biscuits and gravy were only $3. Can’t beat that for good food nowadays.

Brisket was outstanding. The pulled pork sandwich was very dry. Drinks were delicious. Our server disappeared while we were having drinks and waiting on our food. We wanted more drinks and had to get another server to get drinks for us. The atmosphere was great. We sat outside and listened to a live band. Lots of fun. Would eat here again.

Great service Manager had to educate me on the app pickup as far as how early they can see your order but it was fine He got me fixed up and on my way The food is always great at this location in particular I would recommend anything they’ve got especially the breakfast stuff it’s awesome

Stopped here on the way to Florida for breakfast. Needless to say it was Awful. Hopefully the BBQ taste better than the the breakfast. It looked like the bacon was placed directly on the grill. It had that smoky taste, which wasn’t good in my opinion. Was pretty disappointed didn’t think you could mess up bacon . The French toast sticks was hard and tasteless. We decided to throw everything away and go somewhere else.
