Went through the drive thru, the guy at the window didn’t really have much personality but whatever.. i got my order and drove away to eat it.. when i opened it the order was right, but it was like a joke. I ordered 2 beef and bean burritos, and they were the smallest burritos ive ever seen, and literally each had msybe two bites with meat, the beed was almost nonexistent. Sad really..

I was at this establishment for dinner and I asked if I could go to the restroom I asked the woman if she was done cleaning she was disrespectful and said restrooms are closed and I don’t understand why you don’t have a porta potty outside for customers to use. Overall the food was good I spent $50 to get yelled at like that.

Traveling from Cali to Ohio. Stopped by to grab a box. Noticed they didn’t advertise them, did have something similar called the cantina. Received my order ..not in a box. Waited at the counter for over 10 minutes while three people in the back kept looking at me. Finally had to actually call out to one of them and ASK them to help me. Just terrible service, especially when you are in a hurry.

This was by far the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. The staff was friendly and gave prompt service. They even delivered our food to our table. While eating in the dining area, the tables were wiped multiple times and the floors swept each time. The trash cans were empty. It didn’t even smell like fast food. The food was actually pretty good too!

Young lady taking orders at drive through needs customer service training is very rude. I didn’t get all my order had to go back in. Informed manager her employee was rude and she turned to the employee and told her she was rude. Employee responded with a ” WHAT EVER” commit and rolled her eyes. They need to be taught manner s. I will not return there for service.

This was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We stopped here for dinner while on a road trip and the store was clean, atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly. The sauce packets were nicely laid out and fully stocked. They got my order correct and the food tasted exceptionally good. The Baja blast was the best Baja blast I’ve ever had, the chalupa bread was fresh and delicious, and they put the perfect amount of creamy jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla. My group of 6 people were in and out within 8 minutes. I highly recommend to anyone driving through!

Its a taco bell. Lady was nice and courteous at the drive up window. Not knocking the taco bell, but $2 for a soft taco…starting to remind me of Demolition Man where taco bell was fine dining…except it isn’t…just fine dining prices!! 5 stars across the board because the lady smiled and said thank you. A very rare thing in Gallup!!

My family picked up food here on our way through Gallup on a road trip. This is by far the best Taco Bell we have gotten food from in a LONG time. The food was fresh, the Baja blast was crisp, the restaurant looked super clean and smelled clean, and the service was top tier. They didn’t leave out anything from our order (a rarity these days) and even labeled everything for us! A huge help when ordering for a big crew. Highly recommend stopping here!!
