The older lady taking money at the first drive through window was incredibly rude. I was not happy how she talked to me and then she slammed the window shut when I was asking a question and started taking the next order.

I started eating the pickles on my impossible cheeseburger and I wanted to say thank you for making it symmetrical. Every bite literally had the same ingredients and was delicious. What’s the purpose of having an App or Delivery lane in the drive thru, if you’re going to service every car in the other first? Then have the nerve to say, “You rule, be right with you” as you service the next car in the non-app lane.
I’ll tell you why. Either Corporate, or your manager, know this location is terribly run and they know you’re committed since you placed the order online (app) – you’re not leaving if there’s a long line. You want get those non-app users before hey tire of waiting in line and leave with committing to an order.
Same thing Chic Filet does with there staff outside with tablets taking orders. Making sure you don’t leave out frustration for choosing a slow drive thru.
Get your game together. Do better then you don’t need sneaky tactics.
From time placed until food handed to me, after being asked to go park because they were waiting on my onion rings – and accounting got drive time (a whole, whopping .4 miles away) 28 mins to food time. Ridiculous!!!! Glad to see BK combating the “fast food” idea. I could have gone to a healthier, sit down place and ordered a “real” burger if I knew it was going to take almost 30 mins to get my food.

Sat in the outside lane only to see 4 cars go through the inside lane. Service absolutely sucked today. By the time the fourth got through I left after sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes.
Even if I would have waited the cars were now backed up to the drive through menu.
Guessing I would have been there a while.

Fries were covered with enough salt to kill a horse, sandwich was drowned in sauce. Absolutely disgusting. I pity the kids who have to work here because their management is an affront to humanity if the food has anything to say about it.

I almost can’t put my finger on what makes this BK better than any other BK in West Michigan… well almost. If I had to guess, it primarily stems from the location of this establishment. It is in a very religious community and the lack of Crystal Methodists, working at said location, bodes well. Unlike most West Michigan locations, this restaurant is staffed by actual Dutch teenagers, who’s ancestors probably immigrated from the Netherlands centuries ago. Like the actual knights who joust at Medieval Times, these Germanic teenagers are able to create burgers reminiscent of a time long, long ago. The employees at this location are young and very immature, but compared to every other fast food joint, they are highly functioning and have never let me down.
