My husband ordered two pretzel crust pizzas. He got home and realized they were just two regular pizzas. We decided to go back and get them remade, because I really wanted it. My husband was very kind and understanding, he wasn’t rude. He just asked for them to be remade. So they give us the same pizzas back with cheese sauce drizzled on the edge. I understand they are busy, but goodness. My husband and I have both been in the restaurant industry, we both know that is unacceptable.

Truly terrible team here, and I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand as it seems this place has been ruining people’s days for a while now, and I definitely feel insulted and abused after dealing with this establishment. So, for starters, I called ahead and ordered the most best, and the pretzel crust pizza with extra cheddar cheese sauce. I received two extra most bests upon my arrival and confront them, I am told that one of them is indeed the pretzel crust when, in reality, side by side, they are exactly the same in every way. Yet they own up to not using the salt or cheddar cheese sauce that I so clearly asked for in excess amount. So I’m told that they will remake it correctly and that I can keep the extra pizza since they messed it up. OK, so we wait another 20 minutes, and I am brought out another pizza on regular crust with the cheese sauce and salt, so still they mess this up again, and to make matters worse, I am chased down by some unpleasant woman from the back demanding that the first messed up pizza that I was told I could keep must be taken back. So you insult me multiple times throughout and waste my time and offer no way to make this right, not even with the correct pizza after a second attempt, let alone offer a refund or credit or even a simply apology. Please, please avoid this Little Ceasars at all costs. Just read up on them first, and you’ll see! I’ve never been treated this way at any other location, and this terrible experience led me to write this review, which is my first ever written. That’s how bad these people are, buyer beware.

Made a pick up order tonight, and we had a mixed experience. We tried the pretzel stuffed pizza, but it was super salty with an excessive amount of salt ALLOVER the pizza and not enjoyable at all. On the brighter side, the Hawaiian hula pizza was ono and hit the spot for the keikis! The Crazy Puffs were ok. Overall, disappointed with the pretzel stuffed pizza, but some of the other items were ok.

I decided to give this location another try at the request of my children. However, I placed my order of 2 pizzas and breadsticks online at 6:34pm (Wednesday btw) with the pickup time given of 6:59pm-7:04pm.
Here I am still currently standing at 7:28pm waiting for my order that is not ready. However there’s workers getting the pizzas out of the ovens and leaving them sitting on the counters and the girl with the big bow in her hair was rubbing her face/nose & pulling out her phone and then touching pizzas, boxes and etc.
I was told when I walked in at 7:03pm that it would be 5 more minutes, but still nothing at 7:32pm. Everyone that placed orders at the counters while I’m standing inside received their orders prior to me.
I had to cancel my order 7:38pm and Ezekiel was very pleasant. However, the other young employees are NOT!

Steer clear at all costs! They let me order a pretzel crust knowing they didnt have cheese sauce. The crazy puffs i ordered were burnt as hell. Also ordered a stuffed crust and they gave us regular. Now we’re sitting on the phone for over an hour and they just keep picking up the phone and hanging up.

Terrible service, there was two young girls working and they were very rude. They had me wait over 30 minutes for a hot and ready. They were serving other customers that ordered after me before I got my food. And they were just very rude when I asked them about it or what can be done about this. Recommend go to Pizza patron or the other locations. And the food was pretty bad because it was sitting in there for over 30 minutes.

Very bad service, I ordered a single hot and ready and it took them 28 minutes to bring it out. And then, when I asked the girl, she was very rude about it and could not find my name and would not go get the girl that took my order. They served several people before me, even though they ordered after me. And they were very rude about everything after the fact I definitely would not recommend going to this one

It takes a special person to ruin a simple hot and ready pizza. Surprisingly a couple of these individuals have managed to find each other, and are all working at this location. If I had not read the previous reviews I would think this is a one-time thing. Hopefully the owner can make some time to retrain or rehire the full house……. My pizza, like my brother, had no sauce! And the dough was flatter than my ex-girlfriend. Paid for a cheesy bread basically…..DO NOT RECOMEND.

Wife ordered 4 pizzas as we were on our way there we waited an hour for them to say our order was lost and if we wait another 10 minutes our pizza would be done. After 10 minutes it still wasn’t done and then got a pepperoni pizza instead I ordered a meat lovers and was offered 6 pieces of wings for compensation. For the hour and 15 minute wait for 4 pizzas and bread sticks they said sorry don’t think they were sorry never coming here again. Manager didn’t even know how to read their own order because it was wrong …

The app created an issue needing me to call this location. I called and waited while it rang 2x for 30 minutes each; the third time I called I told them the issue, they put me on hold and I waited 45 minutes. I called 1 more time to see if they forgot and I was waiting with 15 minutes for them to pick up the phone.
I had to bring the issue up to corporate do to an app glitch and customer service issues resulting in a refund for a pizza party.
