Clean upon entering. Ordered the chicken strip sandwich.. “spicy” (it’s regular strip with some “spicy sauce spread on the bun”. The strip weren’t the freshest I’ve had, and just the 2 strips,bun,lettuce, n sauce, almost 9 dollars, no fries or drink-( strips warm in middle, not hot). Still ate it and fill that spot in my belly.

Dairy Queen Empire Ave & 3rd St (Bend)
I ordered a Snickers Blizzard and was given a different flavor. It had hard, crunchy caramel pieces instead of the Snickers chunks with peanuts and soft caramel that define that Blizzard.
I didn’t realize it until I got home. I didn’t like it and didn’t eat it, so it ended up being money wasted.
If a flavor isn’t available, customers should be informed instead of substituting it without saying anything.

I’ve ordered mobile orders for my husband twice here and the mobile orders decided not to go through and then the staff fights with him. I know for a fact that I made the order to the correct place. I tried to call them on the phone today at the building and couldn’t get an answer and when I finally did, they hung up on me. Luckily, I have my receipts. The app won’t let you get a refund so the only way to get one or to get your food is to fight with the staff at the location

Update 7/24. Absolutely terrible experience with staff acting out toward each other. Not working. Running out of ice cream but not telling anyone. It’s gone downhill, but seems to have reached rock bottom.
Clean and friendly atmosphere. Nice place for burgers and treats. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices as expected. Drive through is always fast. Normal dairy Queen that you come to expect. If you have been to one you know what it’s like. I go here occasionally..

I have had nothing but terrible experiences here. The last several times we went we got one blizzard and it took 30+ minutes to get it each time. The often mess up orders and get things wrong. The staff can be nice but they’re so slow

It pains me to write this as their food used to be pretty good, but it’s terrible now. This is the third time in a row now that they either messed up my order or served me half cooked food. This time I got the chix strip basket and the fries were so soggy they werent even edible. I’m pretty sure the bread wasn’t even toasted but rather just dipped in butter. If you are looking for food, I’d recommend anywhere else.

Stopped in for a quick bite running errands since it’s the kiddos favorite spot. The young man at the register kindly checked to verify burger patty was gluten free for me when ordering.
He also brought our items to us instead of just calling the number when ready—excellent service.
Star removed since some food items were cold and wrong sauce given, but portions good and flavors as expected. Would have only taken half Star if that was an option.

Terrible attitude given from the lady working the drive thru after I asked for soft serve in a cup instead of a cone. I said please and thank you multiple times and not a single word was said at the window by her. The ice cream had already melted by the time we got to the window. Would’ve asked for a refund but was so astonished at the disrespect that it wasn’t worth it at that point. Happy holidays to you too Dairy Queen.

The bathroom was really disgusting. Had not been cleaned in atleast a few days maybe a week. No toilet paper. The girl taking our order was unfriendly and seemed annoyed at the intrusion. This shows bad management to me, not checking and training employees properly.
