Never 5 stars because of what the company has done to fair trade coffee around the world. That said, the staff was spot on and the dining are was actually comfortable unlike so other locations where your but has to o numb in the ‘modern’ seating before you can enjoy your coffee. That team seems like they run like a well oiled machine.

Visiting from out of town, line for drive thru was wrapped around the building, went inside ..line inside was worse. Waited for order for 45mins before receiving it. Service is extremely slow! Line to order and a line for mobile service and everything was slow. The person that ordered before said he’d been waiting for almost a hour

I know everyone has a bad day from time to time but slamming drinks on the counter so it splashes is childish and unacceptable. I also witnessed another patron waiting to place their be ignored for about 15 minutes before they decided to take her order. No, they were not busy.

They have no control of the pace of their environment. I too, am a barista myself in New Jersey. They can’t keep track of mobile orders, drive thru, and order at the register. They’re absolutely terrible. If it wasn’t for the convenience of it being so close to the beach and on the way home, I wouldn’t come back. Let’s not forget to mention the expired sweet cream that has chunks of milk in it.
