What happened to this Waffle House service slow now food gone down hill I was a regular . Always came in when scotty and Kimberly worked but supposedly they got rid of them which is shocking to me they both gave great service cooked great food . Now just gone down saw cook grab raw chicken didn’t change his gloves left bacon on counter for a bit server was k but not the same bright happy silly face like kim had . Hope they didn’t get rid of the cook on Sunday nights he was the only other one did good job . Guess the clean house got some new staff. Will see if I come back now I used going to one on sugarloaf then cook there left wasn’t the same . But now that Scotty and Kimberly are not there anymore just not the same. Sad food got up fast and it was hot and didn’t have to ask for refills on my drink just came when I was done . Hopefully corporate and management will get it together I don’t know if go back now .

Servers were polite and attentive. Food that I received initially was good even though it took quite a while to receive. Did not receive the bacon ordered until I was almost through eating my meal. It was burnt. The cook obviously was creating a hostile work environment and the servers didn’t dare cross her. Sad for them. Wouldn’t return to this Waffle House.

Busy Saturday evening and just getting started.. absolutely delicious food, staff were all friendly and smiles, prompt.
Restaurant was clean and smelled nice going in, I felt welcome and safe as a gal dining by herself tonight.
Guy on the grill was killing it, and everyone was getting their orders and drinks taken as soon as they hit the tables. Amazing team at this waffle house. Kudos all around.

My boyfriend and I got sat down by the waitress named Luna, handed us our silverware walked away and never came to ask for our drinks nor gave us menus. Probably 10-15 minutes pass by, Luna was just walking back and forth but never came to our table and the cook acknowledged we hadn’t been attended yet so he asked her to take our drink order, she dropped off our drinks and walked off again. She finally came back after a few minutes, took our order but later after never handed us our food. It clearly wasn’t as busy when we were there. She was attending every other customer quicker than us and making conversations with them. The cook instead handed us our food and made sure we had everything we needed. She never checked up on us nor asked if we needed any refills. We never have had this problem before at this waffle house since it’s only a few minutes away from us. Every time we’ve gone we’ve had a good experience. Who knows what her problem is, either she’s stereotypical of people but she clearly needs to be more helpful and acknowledge all the people who come in especially working in customer service. She needs to do a better job.
