Great place to sit in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with the 1 other car that may come through here on a good day. I sincerely hope this place goes under. I’ve never had a fast food place actively hate their own app and go through every effort to mess up orders made through it.
You won’t get drinks unless you ask them repeatedly at the window and insist you paid, and despite ordering 2 16 piece meals, when I got home and checked it (mistake at this place) I had 2 8 pieces and nothing else. Give your business to the Chick Fil A or Zaxbys.

Shout out to the man and woman working around 1:30 on 11/19. The place was packed and there was technical difficulties with the drive through but they kept a good attitude and got everyone served correctly and efficiently. It’s not very often I’m impressed but today I was. Good job yall!

Came to drive thru about 5pm Friday September 19th 2025. Ordered a whopper combo and chicken strips for my dog. Whopper and fries were ok though the whopper obviously sat under a lamp for a while. Fries were fresh. Chicken strips were dry and hard, my dog wouldn’t eat any of them.
The lady at the window was an absolute sweetheart however, and gave my dog a pup cup and was very professional and friendly so I gave an extra star because of her. Place was not busy at all.

I would give zero stars if I could. 6 PM , height of the dinner rush, doors locked, long line at the drive thru, nothing moved for more than 5 minutes. Luckily there are several other restaurant options including other fast food places close by. Good bye BK Jasper.

I’m just going to say this , I ordered DoorDash from this Burger King as I do every month, but 2 damn chicken sandwiches which came out to $17 they can’t replace for a damn whoopper meal for $14 . Waited at the drive thru for 20mins after someone coming over the speaker and said hold on. Then nothing else. Gave up drove away. Went to Culvers down the road a way better burger and experience.

On the website, it says the restaurant stays open till one A. M. I pull in there, and they totally ignore me and walk to the back to turn off the outside lights. The staff doesn’t even try to look at you. And then whenever they do look at you, they walk to the back again, to try to get out of your vision, I think it’s totally rude, inappropriate and unprofessional, why don’t they just tell you that it’s not open, I’d rate it at a 0… I stopped going there before and don’t even know why I tried to go back.

I hate to leave a bad review being there was only one worker trying to run the whole Burger King Due to the fact that there was only one worker I set it to drive through to order for 10 minutes when I got my ham egg and cheese croissant they were out of eggs and they took the Croissant straight out of the Fridge and put it in the bag Ice code So you really can’t blame it on the one worker who’s running the front counter the drive through and cooking
