Have been a loyal weekly customer since this place occupied the building after Taco Bell relocated.
I always order the same dish.
I obviously like that dish a lot, food has always been good there.
Went there tonight and in all the years I have been going thru the drive thru I have never been treated like the girl treated me this evening.
After she was rude to me thru the sound system I drove up to the window and not only did she double down on her rudeness, she had the cook laughing at her antics.
I was going to say more but was afraid he would spit in my food or something.
Whoever hired this girl or whoever is aware of her bad customer service to loyal customers needs to be reading this and maybe rethink her placement within the organization – away from dealing with the public.
Is there any training in customer service protocol for your staff?
Unfortunately, if she is still at the window the next time I go there, I will not be back. That’s how negative this was for me.
This makes me very unhappy to even consider.
Hopefully management reads these reviews.

We had a great experience at Filiberto’s while staying nearby in Camp Verde. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served in generous portions, so much so that we had enough leftovers for the next day.
The menu offers a wide variety of classic Mexican dishes, and everything we ordered was flavorful and satisfying. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were more than reasonable considering how much food you get.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or looking to take something back to your RV or hotel, Filiberto’s hits the mark. We’ll definitely stop here again when passing through. Highly recommended!

The customer service is 0 star the girl that works there on the register. She is so mean she is so disrespectful. The food is so disgusting everything inside. It’s so dirty the tables, the floors, the kitchen I end up throwing my food away. I didn’t even eat it. How disgusting and dirty it was in there.

The staff was friendly and most had on masks, all except cashier who was behind a barrier and was not handling food. I love Mexican food and was disappointed. We had cheese enchiladas and taco salads. They looked very appealing however under the guac and sour cream the taco shell was full of water which quickly made the shell soggy. The rice was good which is where the one star comes from. The cheese enchiladas were edible. The tables were dirty. We had problems finding a clean one. The trash cans had food all over the outside door. Overall was not impressed. Would not recommend and will not be back.

I was told that would be $30.00… I ask how much, then someone else came up to the window and told me the person taken my order dont speek english and dont be rude.ask what my order was I repeated it. My order came out wrong they gave me my 5 roll taco with cheese and guac on it and a order of guac on the side and my fish taco. by the time I got home the roll tacos where soggy.

When through drive through on 2/2/2026 paid cashier (her) wit a 100 bill and she gave me change for a 20 I told her I gave her a 100 dollar bill she said she’ll to check and kept eyes on here to see and I saw her pull it out of her shirt and said oh yea you did just posting so ppl can be aware/alert buddy said he had the same happen to him this week always good service just this time had a bad experience I believe she a new employee
