The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, the reception was warm, and the waiting time was short. The food was excellent overall, though it could have used a bit more salt. got the chicken cheese philly it was no meat on it. literally the chicken wasn’t even pieces of chicken just crumbs and it wasn’t even enough crumbs to make it taste like chicken. whole philly was filling no meat. i saw other reviews and decided to come anyway since it was the closest place to my job i could get a philly. i really should be reaching out to my bank to dispute the charge cuz they played with my money on this one for sure. never even got to see if anything else was good because if they short me on the philly i just don’t trust a wing spot that doesnt have a decent philly ♂️ it looked good tho

Completed an order over the phone. The guy who took my order asked me about my wing flavor. I provided 2. Honey mustard & light lemon pepper. When I came to pick up my order, I fixed my favorite peach drink. The Ice cub section had splashes of other beverages in the inner filter. I noticed once my food was prepared that instead of half & half flavors, they were combined on the whole 10ps wing meal. When I asked the guy about it, he stated I didn’t state I wanted half & half when he asked about my flavors. This was the first for me. I only assumed that 2 flavors meant 5 wings, one flavor, the other 5 wings, the other flavor. I will say the food was fresh hot, and actually, the blend was very complementing, I just wished I had a little more honey mustard sauce and a little more of the lemon pepper seasoning to cover all the wings. I was not provided my ranch sauce, which i had asked for over the phone, and I was only given 1 celery stick cut in half. Overall, the meal was delicious. They could be a bit more generous with the celery. My peach drink was delicious. It could have been a bit more sweeter, though.

I had a light dinner the night before and a very light breakfast before my eye exam at America’s Best. My appetite finally kicked in toward the end of my appointment and I said I must be imagining things because I smell fried chicken. They laughed and said it was from US wings and deli. Cheat Day! I went straight there and ordered chickenwings and a salad. The salad was amazing and the wings were bussing. (I knew those wings were going to be good by the smell.) I never ate there before but they fixed my wings and fries exactly how I like. The salad was sooo good!! I loved it. I’m really picky about my ranch dressing but their version rocked. I will be back.

After years of eating here regularly, we had the worst experience Monday. Our to-go food was inedible. Someone must’ve taken the top off a salt jar and poured half out. Not the wrong flavor, it was straight salt. Called. Asked to call back or return another day. Today, Wednesday, returned. Told I needed to bring them back. Ha, ‘I’m bring your dead fish back to prove it’s dead old’ so I went back home and brought it back from the fridge. Didn’t expect they’d try them but saved them nonetheless. Took them. Why only 8/20? Oh, I was supposed to spit that back in the box and collect the ones I told my children to throw away.. . Really? Finally someone says it was a new guy and another says containers were moved around. They give me a new order. Not a full count though. Paid for a full order. Three trips. Didn’t receive a full order or any other compensation (sides or even ranch?). Granted, I only asked for the wings. But when it takes three trips, the smirks, and still not correct. Yep, I’m going home to write a review to let you know you just lost over $200 a month in revenue from our family.
(Honestly, the other half of the order was 10 honey garlic and 5 teriyaki wings- they were put in the same box and it was as if two bowls of soup were put together- they mixed all up. It wasn’t good but it was edible so I didn’t even mention that when calling/going back… but that did mean an entire order was messed up.)
We may be back again, but not before seeing what else is out there.
