Wasn’t expected to be greeted by a hard-working big pal today, ordered the usual, but it tasted AMAZING, best milkshake I’ve had since ‘09!!! I was surprised he wasn’t a manager, DEFINITELY acts and works like one!!!! Kudos!

This was my first time visiting this 3700 Buddy Owens Ave BK. The dining room was empty, no one eating and only one car in the drive-thru, this was the lunch hour so I was surprised by their lack of business. I ordered a double texas whopper meal with heavy onion , large fry , large dr. Pepper. It came to $13.85 with tax. I was satisfied with the taste , value, and flavor of the meal. I had two minor issues; first that their ice dispenser was empty and I had to ask the cashier for ice. Second, that when I needed more ketchup there was none available at the pump near the drinks. When I asked a young lady for ketchup, she seemed to not know what ketchup is, as I had to point to it on the counter behind her. May have been a language barrier.

I live around the area, and this bk is the one I dont come to at all. You will end up missing something from the bag, and there machines are never working. Don’t expect to get an ice cream dessert its worse than McDonald’s.

Definitely do not recommend this location, the worst part about my experience was that the melt i ordered was not “melted” at all In fact the whole sandwich was room temperature they could’ve at least used a heat lamp to keep it warm if it was made long before I ordered it. I’m surprised the meat was actually cooked, the bread was stale too. However the fries were hot and freshly made the only thing that was done right. The dining area was filthy and the bathroom was too (although it didn’t smell bad just looked bad) The employees had poor people skills but I wouldn’t consider them rude. I don’t recommend you spend your money here.

I went by the other day and literally heard the manager woman yelling and belittling her employees…
The lobby wasnt even empty and she was treating these employees like they were worthless, imagine behind closed doors..
I fear for the safety of the employees and customers even!!
Such a sad experience and I will NEVER be back again.

The workers don’t know what they are doing. Drive thru people are too busy mingling while taking orders. Also, somehow the food tastes worse than other locations. Avoid this place like the plague.

took my son to get a quick little bite and didn’t think much of it, at the register i was greeted by a wavy caucasian 6’2 man, my son started jumping with joy chanting this sentence “DAD DAD! THATS THE NIKKI ROWE STARTING CENTER FOR VARSITY!” I didn’t think it was until i realized he made my 3 orders of whoppers in 6 seconds.. he needs a raise asap!!
