Our server Madison was Amazing!! I went for the first time with a party of 3 & tbh the portions weren’t as big as expected but the hospitality made up for it! The lychee martini Madison recommended was also great! Thank you Madison for being so kind & giving top tier customer service on a Thursday night!! I’ll definitely go back although portions weren’t big the flavors were there. We tried almost everything on the menu & left full so we were satisfied!

We enjoyed a variety of dishes during our visit. The Salmon Satay offered nice, large, flavorful bites. The Crab Fried Rice was a standout, with small lumps of crab and rice that had elevated, well-balanced flavors throughout. The Brussels sprouts were served with bacon on the side (by choice, we shared I am a pescartarian); while the sauce helped enhance the taste, the sprouts could have been cooked down a bit more, as they were still somewhat firm.
For dessert, the Crème Brûlée had good flavor, but the sugar crust was extremely thick—so thick that it needed to be removed to fully enjoy the custard underneath. The Chocolate Mousse was not a traditional presentation, as it included additional textures mixed in. That said, the mousse itself was smooth, nicely sweet, and not overpowering.
Service:
Service was attentive, professional, and consistent throughout the meal. We felt well taken care of without being rushed.
Atmosphere:
The ambiance was a highlight. The space is very low-lit, clean, and minimalist, creating an intimate and inviting dining experience.
Final Thoughts:
Spice is a great option for a refined night out in Charlotte, especially if you value strong service and atmosphere. While a few dishes could benefit from minor execution tweaks, the overall experience was very enjoyable and worth a visit.

Last night I had a pleasure of visiting this restaurant with a friend. This place is super sexy and definitely gives girls night date / night vibes. Rhea was our waitress and she was amazing. She knew the menu like the back of her hand. She gave us her recommendations, and also provided knowledge of drinks that were not on the menu. With this being a new spot reservations are recommended. My friend and I did not have a reservation, but walked in and was able to score a table right by the bar. We got the Ruby, Rose, Bang Bang Shrimp, Spice Chicken Satay and Orange Blossom. Everything was amazing and cooked to perfection. I recommend dressing up as you may never know who you run into. In my opinion this is just what Charlotte needed. Don’t waste time put this place on your list now as I am so sad, I wasn’t the first one to write a review.

I tried the bang bang shrimp and the crab fried rice. Both fresh and full of flavor. You will not be disappointed here by the food or service.

Belissima! Vibes and decorè, unmatched! Its sexy, sleak, and a lil sultry. The back lighting at night is gorgeous. It creates a very intimate vibe. The food is small plates so don’t belive you’re going to feast. My only draw back was flavor. When it said SPICE I was expecting an indulgent amount of SPICE with unique flavor compliments. Being internationally inspired I guess I was reaching. I will say that the food presentation was beautiful.

I recently moved here from NYC and came to this place for my birthday on Saturday night — and wow, my experience was amazing. I haven’t had such a great time in a long while, and I can honestly say this place was exceptional. Madison was our waitress and she treated us so well; she was attentive, kind, and just an all-around great person. I will definitely be coming back. Food was 10/10, service 10/10, and the vibe was perfect.

Made dinner reservations here. You would think they are in Atlanta with the cool vibe, decor, and atmosphere. What they do well: shrimp tempura, tapas (small plates), crab fried rice, ribeye steak, truffle fries, martinis and the chocolate cake . And they were extremely busy on a Thursday.

Came here for a girls night out. First, Kayla was our server and she blended right in with our girls night theme! It felt like she was a friend that so happened to be our server. She was very patient and gave amazing vegetarian recommendations. The mango spring rolls 10/10!!! As a fresh veggie lover, the flavor profile was an amazing melting pot. Cauliflower bites 100/10, these cauliflower bites are the closest I ever had to popcorn chicken texture. The strawberry churros…yes, yes, and YES. The churros texture was perfection and the strawberry sauce added the right amount of sweetness, it wasn’t overpowering added sugar. Atmosphere and customer service…couldn’t have asked for better. And a bonus is the validated parking. Thank you Spice and Kayla for an amazing girls night experience!
