Not all Bojangles are the same. This Bojangles was as good as it gets. A Bojangles a couple miles away was horrible. The service here was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and cooked properly. The food quantity was excellent. I feel like I got good value for the money spent. The restaurant was very clean and maintained.
The restaurant down the road was deficient in all these areas and if that was my only Bojangles experience, I wouldn’t go back to a Bojangles.
This one however was great and would highly recommend it.

This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to in my life. Down the street watching my grandson play basketball and I come over here to get some food from Bojangles. I walk in there two young ladies in front of me and they’ve been standing there for a few minutes and I’m standing there for a good 5 minutes and no one even comes over to acknowledge that we are there. So I finally go over to the people running the drive-thru and I asked them hey you guys going to take our order and the guys replied to me was that we’re busy. No customer service. No help. Nothing, no acknowledgment. Didn’t even come over there and say hey we’re busy. We’ll be with you in a second. I was in Greensboro a few days ago and I had a really good experience at Bojangles but this one has really changed my opinion about the store and I will probably never go back to Bojangles again.

Order was wrong and instead of fixing it the workers argued with each other. My order was very simple, no drinks and I was first in line, dine in. 25 minutes wasted for four biscuits is wild. This store needs a new manager who cares. Corporate needs to get involved with this franchise.
My order was never fixed. When I did get my order there were at least 12 people waiting inside and three cars waiting outside. Plenty of workers in the back just nothing getting done. I finally just left, late to work. I’ll go to biscuitville from now on.

I had the most disgusting encounter with a lady that was working at the front window today. So me and my friends had went inside to order but when we got in there they were telling us that the register was only taking cash at the moment. So then we all went through the drive-thru to order, I ordered first and then I made it clear that it would be two separate orders. So then I get up to the window and the lady tells me the price and I tell her that the order should have been split, she proceeds to get loud and aggressive with me just because she had to split the orders, when I clearly stated while I was ordering that it would be TWO SEPARATE ORDERS! She says to me “WHAT IS YOUR DRINK!!!” and then she says “YOU ARE CONFUSING ME”. This is HIGHLY unacceptable, I do not care how frustrated she might have been you just don’t talk to people like that ESPECIALLY when none of that was my fault. If they can’t understand what “two separate orders” mean then that’s NOT my problem and that should NOT be taken out on me.

When they told me to come inside at the intercom, I knew the food wasn’t going to be right. I should have politely drove off. Well the fries had no seasoning, the cheerwine had no taste, the wait was like 15min, the pork chop biscuit was okay although it was overcooked. I never ever eat here and I’m not sure why I did today but the workers were nice.

Ty was very professional & kind! Food was hot and fresh. Upon leaving the restaurant; I got into my car and it wouldn’t start. It just so happened at that very moment that Ty pulled on 2 parking spots to my spot.
I knew I had jumper cables and asked Ty if he could give me a jump? He said “yes”. My car started right up. I thanked him one more time and that act of kindness says a lot about Ty’s to help a customer/ person in need!

We order here because it is close to us. Love the food, but they are very disorganized. We place an online order and it says it will be ready at a certain time so we show up at that time then they start to make the food. 30 minutes latter we may get the food. Most the time after we wait they still mess up the order. How hard is it? Take some lessons from Chick-fil-A maybe on how to run a restaurant. This is not the 1st time this happens. I don’t know if Management or owners read this but they should before someone comes up with a chicken place that actually knows what there doing and runs u out of business.

We pull up to the drive through window after placing our order and we are greeted with our drinks basically being shoved in our faces, no hello, no nothing. After handing her the card the window slammed (mind you still hasn’t said a word) when she goes to hand the card back she kind of thrusts it out the window and hits my husband in his hand with it. We had to pull forward to wait on some food, which I don’t mind. But 5 cars behind us got their food while still waiting. But the gentleman who brought us our food was so sweet, and the only positive interaction we had the entire time being there.

Asked her to look at it.
She said this is what we get from the tuck every day
But what she did not know was
I did not order chicken Nugget
The manager should tell them how to make the $11 portion of food.
Have to return it as long as she had no help
next to this location, you can respect yourself and order food from panera bread.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken supreme and received the hardest chicken.I have ever got in my life plus the hardest rock of a biscuit. No fries in my box at all and was charged $11 for it.This was the last time they messed up my order. Prices have went up and their quantity and quality has declined. How disappointing
