I went with what used to be a decent, economical, lunch. The whopper combo with cheese, I got a whopper combo(no cheese), with lukewarm fries and a Dr pepper, that didn’t taste anything like Dr pepper. All for the low price of $14, lol

Terrible manager Jenifer, I ordered the 2 jr whopper for $5 I was charged $6.98 I told the helper the problem very unprofessional she told the manager the manager ask me if I ordered the 2 for $5 deal I said I think I did ,the manager said sorry I can’t help you you have to have to order the deal ,and with an attitude…I asked for my money back. Will never go back neither will my family

Food was horrible worst burgers I’ve ever had there they were sloppy couldnt pick it up wife got a chicken sandwich the chicken was so small. everytme ive been to this location its suck. Keep wondering why we go back. Think were done trying they really should just close this location and do every one a favor!Then had to deal with staffs little kids screaming and running around the whole time.

Update: while they have updated the building, the staff clearly does not want to be there. I got my own drink cups from behind the counter, they had no idea what to do with a mobile order, and they ignored people at the counter wanting to place an order.
Old gross dirty building with sticky surfaces, a leaking roof, and broken tables taped off. This building really needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It’s disgusting. Also, there is no changing table in the men’s room.

Okay so this is my local Burger King.I am a super huge fan of the famous whopper.. and now with their new royalties rewards i get my Whopper for an even better discount. And check out the remodel they just did. Its amazing! So nice and clean even the bathrooms look great! And it’s like that every time I come.I moved away 10 years ago and just recently moved back.I was so surprised when I walked in the doors what a wonderful huge turn around. I love that you have that Coke machine with all the different flavors of soda. And the staff is absolutely wonderful. I am very impressed with everything. Good job too that little manager Jamie and her crew I had a great experience today..

Must edit this review 4 years ago they received 5 stars from me. In that time they went so far downhill they went below ground. On this most recent visit at 4:50 pm while there were 5 people standing around in the parking lot the place was dead I should have taken that as a sign. Upon entering we ordered 2 whopper meals one with cheese one with no onion. We could see the fries and onion rings were already sitting under the heat lamp for how long would be anyone’s guess. The employee handed us our cups went to the machine to fill them only to find out they were out of 90% of products. Employee said yeah that machines been out for awhile and that she could fill our cups behind the counter. While we are waiting for our order another customer entered placed her order was handed a cup and got the same results when she attempted to fill her cup. Finally we receive our order we go to our table picking the cleanest out of the dirty ones. Might mention I did notice the kitchen floor was covered in various kinds of food. Upon opening the wrappers on our whoppers both have onions and neither have cheese we return to the counter where we are offered replacement whoppers meanwhile the only other customer inside returns to the counter as her sandwich is also incorrect. Fries and onion rings still sitting under the heat lamp. As we all return to our tables we conversed with the other customer how poorly this Burger King was and informed her how long those fries and onion rings had been sitting. They were there when we entered and we had been there at least 30 minutes at this point. One of the employees overheard and brought everyone new fries which is great except I had ordered onion rings I didn’t say anything because by this time I had opened the second whopper I had been given to find a gray looking piece of meat I wasn’t going to eat any of it so no point in asking for new onion rings.I don’t know what happened at this burger King but I would highly recommend The health department check this establishment out .Food is sitting around too long and given to customers at room temperature. I will be making a report to the health department meanwhile eat here at your own risk. Pics are of the first whopper out looks like someone sat on it but that’s how it was given to me with no cheese and squished.

Has gone down hill since last time here, came with my kids food was just thrown in the bags,no kids toys for the happy meals, asked for some ketchup she pretty much just tossed one pack then walked off, restroom was dirty the restaurant was dirty, just a disappointment unfortunately

Stopped in for a quick bite tonight. Only 2 employees. I spoke with Brandy and Cheyenne, They were short handed.. but they were awesome and quick. Keep up the good work. Thank you girls.. your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!! Hope you get some help soon!

If you read this, don’t take it the wrong way. I never leave bad reviews, I just had to with this.
I haven’t had BK in years, and with their prices of late didn’t think I ever would again. However they purchased the rights to claim “How to train your Dragon”. My daughter is a huge fan, and was impressed by the movie so almost had to try the burger with my family of 4.
Anyway, over $100 later (1 meal = $20) was missing alot of our order (ice cream, drinks, no sauces) the food was standard mediocre fast food with the price equivalence of a small sit down restaurant steak. I was hoping for better based off the prices. Could be just the Carthage location, but I will not go back.
