I haven’t had Arby’s in forever. I don’t think my kids ever have. Where I live in the valley it’s a dying chain. When I’m in a rural area is about the only time I’ll eat at a chain. This Arby’s is clean, the folks that work here are very nice and the food was surprisingly good. I tried the new sliders and the kids had their usual chicken nuggets. All in all a good experience and decent food.

The app SCAMMED me when I tried to do the buy one get one offer. As soon as I paid it fully charged me and removed coupon. The store staff was super understanding and accommodating and exceeded expectations. They handled an upset customer well and deserve praise for service

Great place, love their sandwiches. Got the Pecan Chicken Sandwich. Does not look like the promotion picture at all, not as filled with the salad part, but very good. Also, enjoyed their delicious Orange shake, and my all time favorite, Mozzarella Sticks. Yummm.

This Arby’s can never get our order correct. I always get the French dip and four out of five times. They forget the dip get all the way home and there’s no dip for my French sandwich. It’s the whole part of the sandwich! Feeling irritated and I don’t think I’ll go back again.

I normally don’t go to Arby’s that often. When I do go to this Arby’s location in Payson, AZ. I normally get the double roast beef sandwich meal large. I also like that they have diet Dr pepper at this location. I was disappointed to find out that this location or maybe all Arby’s locations don’t carry the pecan chicken sandwich year round. I was also disappointed that they stopped the 3/5 deal at this location. That’s why I gave it three stars instead of five because they don’t carry the pecan chicken sandwich and stopped the 3/5 deal on sliders. Sometimes I get the coupons for the sliders in the mail. I haven’t gotten a chicken pecan sandwich coupon in the mail this year. I wish they would really carry the pecan chicken sandwich and the 3/5 silders year round. It is a good sandwich and it’s also healthy. 3/5 is a also good if you want something cheap and not have a big meal. So anyways this is a typical Arby’s. It has all the sandwiches and drinks and fries that you find at a typical Arby’s. Other than that it’s a good place to eat if you like Arby’s and you need a place to stop and eat after a trip or if you’re hungry.

I went in to Arby’s today and was greeted passionately by a worker named Brylea, she was extremely efficient in taking my order, and had an outstanding attitude while asking how my day has been. My food took less than five minutes and food was above exceptional!!! I will definitely be returning soon, especially if I know I will receive the same customer service as I did this time!!

Drive thru girl was very rude. Kept asking me “what else” and then didn’t even give the sauce for the French dip and I was the only customer in the drive thru.
