I just had, what was, the most deplorable sandwich I have ever experienced in my entire life. This sandwich should not have even been served to a street dog let alone have me pay $5.75 for this. I even gave the left overs to my dog who proceeded to choke on the dry breading, stale cheese and plastic bacon. Do better

Messed up my order and then when I asked for it fixed nicely the barista who made it was talking/laughing about me with her coworker in front of me (while glancing at me) for making a stupid request as if I can’t hear and see her… I don’t know why she’d joke about me when the other worker who took my order admitted herself “I’m sorry you definitely did order it that way let me fix it for you” (so no hate to her). Just made me feel embarrassed and as if I did something wrong. I get no one likes working, but why work at a Starbucks specifically if the drinks people are gonna want made are annoying and laughable to you, especially after you made them wrong? Or if you’re gonna gossip about customers, at least don’t let them hear, and fix the issue the second time if it isn’t a crazy ask :/ I never mind if workers make mistakes because they’re people too, but if I ask for it fixed I’d just like if I wasn’t laughed at. It was a four ingredient drink by the way, nothing crazy to make their day harder than it needs to be. But in the end she still ended up making it wrong a second time and this time adding things the drink doesn’t even come with (that I can’t have + know the drink doesn’t come with because I have to check ingredient lists), but I left because I was scared if I asked for it fixed again I’d end up more humiliated. So I just never drank it and said goodbye to my money. Some of the other employees are really nice though.

I am daily customer of Starbucks. my experiences during my recent visits at the Grove location, I’ve faced some ongoing issues that I believe need attention.
Unfortunately, the preparation of my black coffee with peppermint has consistently been incorrect, as cream is added despite my request for none. Additionally, I always ask for my coffee to be served hot, but I’ve received lukewarm beverages multiple times. Today, my coffee was watered down. When I called to address this after my visit through the drive-thru hoping it would be fixed approaching the Barista for a second time I was disappointed and told to drive off by the manager, Mike I believe is his name, felt I had an attitude. I believe my frustration was warranted given the inconsistency in service. I did not curse or raise my tone. I told him, today was my last time visiting the location.

I also want to mention that, although I would have preferred to discuss this in person, I had my toddler with me and found it challenging to park. On previous occasions when I have gone inside, I’ve noticed that the cleanliness of the location was not up to standard, which further detracts from the experience. I also mentioned that to The manger before I was told to “DRIVE OFF”. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the location is perfect for the area. The staff needs to be more detailed oriented, focused on replenishment as product gets low, the cleanliness and be able to keep up with the high volume without missing the details of service.

I order from this location a lot and they go through periods where service is amazing and then periods where service sucks. Today I waited 15+ minutes for my drink to receive it half melted and made with the incorrect milk. Then had to wait again for them to remake it. It’s extremely frustrating as I order oatmilk because I cannot have regular milk! Like please read the label correctly.

I came inside to get my order taken and the Asian girl who took my order was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She treated me as if I was interrupting her day by trying to get my order taken. She seemed very annoyed and irritated to serve me. I would order and she kept looking at me with a blank stare, saying OK. As if she wanted me to hurry up. When she was finished taking my order I could hear her talking about me to the coworkers on their headsets. She continued to storm around slamming things while the other barista made my drink. Everyone else was really friendly, but her. I understand everyone has bad days, but to treat customers that you don’t even know rudely when it’s your job is not right. Please teach your employees proper customer service.

This is a really convenient location. Found it to be perfectly adequate, good service, clean etc. But- and I am writing it directly to management of this store- please lower the music. It really can be aggressively loud which makes studying, working, etc. a real challenge.

Not much of a coffee person but really needed some caffeine lol. Honestly some of the nicest service I’ve had in a drive thru!! Seriously, they helped accommodate a drink that I would enjoy. The gentleman at the window was incredibly nice and he really brightened my day. I would absolutely come back to this location!!

It’s hit or miss here. The drinks and food are great or you get someone who doesn’t blend your Frappuccino (it tasted awful) and put your niece’s cake pops with a hot sandwich causing it to melt. I’ll probably come back becauae it’s a convenient location but will definitely be ordering less due the price and questionable quality.
