I love coming here. The sushi is good, the service is good and I have never had to wait to get a table or service. This time around we ordered the sushi boat and it was delicious. A good variety of sashimi and sushi and for only $68. It’s a great deal and we couldn’t even finish it all. I highly recommend and will be back.

We discovered this great sushi restaurant yesterday. The service was very good, the fish was noticeably fresh, we made a good choice in ordering the sashimi/sushi sampler and the “fantastic roll”. It was enough for 2 people. The restaurant is decorated very simple, but nice. Our food was prepared well, very nice presentation, very timely after we ordered.

I wish I was a sushi guy because I’d order more than my palette but all the food I’ve tried here has been superb! Had the Shumai (shrimp), chicken & shrimp hibachi with the pork gyoza! Everything hit so good and the food tasted fresh! ( ) def looking to try other stuff on this menu! Atmosphere was perfect, laid back and has a clean cut Japanese feel for sure

I had never been here before and I was so glad we decided to try it. Everything was great. The clear soup was the best I’ve ever had. The teriyaki chicken was delicious and the rolls were very well made. The 3 roll lunch combo was only $14.50 and I had to take home leftovers! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Can’t go wrong with any dish. Hibachi chicken was great although it could have used less sauce. Same deal with the steak dinner. Both came with soup and salad. Sushi surprised me with the large portion and it is well worth the price.

My partner and I came on a Sunday for date night. We noticed it was pretty slow for it being dinner time on a Sunday.
That being said the food was amazing. Gyoza was delicious along with the house salad and miso soup. I tried 3 different sushi rolls (which were half price). BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD. My partner got chicken katsu and it was amazing. 3 chicken breasts crispy and amazing.
Service was good. She came and checked on us through our meal. The food took a bit of time but nothing terrible.

One of my favorites in wichita! We visited again the other day and it was so yummy. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They were able to give my husband some gluten free soy sauce which was nice. 🙂

Great service! Servers are wearing masks. They are practicing social distancing in the restaurant. The food is always amazing and filling! I love their sushi! I was surprised they were slow on a Friday! Hope more people will support them. They have some of the best sushi in town, and three days per week they do half priced sushi!

Tokyo Japanese Cuisine didn’t not disappoint! Nice, very clean facility, and friendly prompt service were apparent when walking in. Large menu with options for Sushi lovers and non sushi alike. Solid food, huge cuts of sashimi, excellent flavors. Next time your looking for sushi on the west side, give this one a try!
