Very bad drive-thru experience. First, no one answered at the first drive-thru speaker. I drove to another window and again no one answered. After that, an employee told me that their rule is: if no one answers at the first drive-thru, you should go to another one. There was no sign or instruction anywhere explaining this, so how is a customer supposed to know?
I was in my car speaking with my husband on a hands-free phone call. I ordered a coffee without any issues. While pulling forward, I continued speaking with my husband. When I reached the payment window, a woman (later told her name was Maria, a swing manager) opened the window and started yelling at me, saying I shouldn’t be speaking another language. She clearly did not realize I was on a phone call with my husband. This was extremely rude and inappropriate.
The young employee who was taking my card looked shocked by her behavior as well. I asked if it was acceptable for a manager to yell at a customer. Part of what Maria was yelling was even in Spanish, which I did not understand. Another woman came from the office and tried to ask Maria what the problem was and why she was yelling at a customer, but Maria refused to explain or come back to speak with me. The office employee said she would talk to her.
At that point, I no longer felt comfortable and decided not to take the coffee and just left. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s.

I recently visited McDonald’s, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. One of the first things that stood out was how spacious and well-organized the parking area was. Even during a busy time of day, I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, which made the visit feel convenient and stress-free from the start.
Inside, the customer service was exceptional. The staff greeted me right away with friendly smiles and a positive attitude that set the tone for the rest of my visit. My order was taken promptly, and the employee at the counter made sure everything was accurate, even repeating it back to confirm. It’s small touches like that which really show they care about providing great service.
The dining area was clean, the food came out hot and fresh, and the employees checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory—something you don’t always expect from fast food but definitely appreciate. Even the drive-thru seemed to move quickly and efficiently for those coming in after me.
Overall, this McDonald’s location delivered a smooth, pleasant, and well-managed experience. With great parking and outstanding customer service, it’s definitely one I’ll be returning to.

Woman named Naomi came to deliver my food. She screamed that she needed my credit card as the first one didn’t go through yanked the credit card out of my hand would not give me her name. Had to stay in the drive-through until someone else came and gave me her name tried to call afterwards. Phone was not answered seven times in a row.

I feel like I don’t even need to explain the issue with this sandwich, I’m sure it’s pretty self explanatory. Biting into this was completely impossible without having the sauce drip out and splatter. Not to mention how uneven it was from the vegetable organization while making the sandwich. It wasn’t even lunch time for them to be this inconsiderate on the food presentation/prep. I come here regularly and the food presentation is never appetizing, nor are the employees/management ever polite.

Terrible service today. I ordered a plain hamburger and they gave me one with cheese. I went to the counter and told them they gave me a cheeseburger when I ordered one without cheese, and the manager came over and told me I had to buy another one because that’s how I ordered it. I showed her the receipt and she kept saying that’s how I ordered it. She kept saying I had to order another one.

Come here sometimes during lunch. Usually go for the chicken. Service is adequate. It can get a little busy during lunch tho .

No service here you have to order thru the kiosk which was fine not crowded for a Monday evening more than enough seats it’s small location but food was served in a timely manner, there was no napkins around so had to ask for some, parking was no issues more than enough spaces drive thru looked like it was quick too, bathroom was clean

This is the first time in literally years that I have been into a McDonald’s and it was disturbing…definitely felt like we were in a dystopian film-sterile, unpleasant lighting and decidedly lacking any cheer or warmth, more like a prison cafeteria. I just wanted to eat my burger and get out as fast as possible as the feeling was unpleasant and vaguely threatening. The poor worker did their job well and probably needs therapy after having to work in that atmosphere for a day. The food was OK. Not the McDonald’s of my youth which I enjoyed…more along the lines of the new look…moving towards less taste and less visual interest. Pretty bad overall!
