We stopped by for lunch. There are plenty of parking spaces outside, inner deco is traditional Japanese. The service was quick and courteous. We ordered JAPANESE KARE MAZEMEN chicken with ramen and Tammi Pork Chashu with rice, etc. They were all very delicious, the pork Chashu was literally melted in mouse, I liked it, but chicken was on the dry side, while ramen was tasty. The portion was enough and very satisfying.

The ramen was neither special nor did it make me happy. I hope it needed soy. Even though the broth had a dark Rich appearance, it tasted much like water. Besides the pork and scallion, there were no other toppings, there was no seasoning to add to it and there was no soy or anything to add either. There was a marinated egg but to be honest it looked like it had been marinating for a very very long time. Just generally rough looking. Great lunch spot! Enjoyed the spicy chicken ramen but tried the fried chicken and spicy pork from the group. So tasty! Loved the atmosphere and music. We visited too early on a Sunday to get alcohol, but there was a variety of Japanese beers and drinks that we will try next time! Can’t wait to visit again.

Great Vibe! Ordering is super simple. Lots of great treats available. Very clean with adorable atmosphere. We ordered the pork chashu bowl and spicy karamiso. My toddler loved it too, child seats available but no changing station in the men’s room.

Ok, I rated it a 5 for the food that was, honestly, delicious. I had the Udon bowl with grilled chicken and pork chashu and it was PERFECTLY spiced, flavorful and I loved it. Wife had the chicken donburi and it was great as well. So, food-wise, 5/5 Highly recommend!
But the service and atmosphere leave something to be desired.
While our waitress was kind and answered all our questions, no criticism at all, It’s a stand in line to order and they bring it to you kinda joint.
That’s fine but that kind of setup only gets a 4, max, outta me.
Atmosphere was ok. Kinda kitschy but didn’t impress me.
On the plus side: Japanese snacks and deserts! Any chance to try foreign snacks, I’m all about it. We tried several and it was cool figuring out new flavors and textures.
Anyway, I’ll be back. Great food, great staff! Check em out!

I’ve been sleeping on this local gem for two years and I’m ashamed. The food was out of this world. We tried the Kare Udon, Pork belly Ramen, and the gyoza. The kare was so flavorful. The ramen was perfection. We were absolutely stuffed and took food to go! The prices are too good to be true for the portions. The service was great too! We told the server we had never been here before and she was patient and happy to answer all of our questions. I have to go back and try the cold soba salad. I wanted to try the entire menu!

WOW. First time going to Tenmii and I know for a fact that my family and I will be back! The food was AMAZING. It was the best shrimp tempura I’ve ever had and the service?! Excellent! They are so nice and the food was out fast. They even have a shelf of Japanese snacks/candy and a Cooler of Japanese drinks for purchase. 10/10 recommend going

My husband and I visited this place the week they opened and it has been a great experience every time since then. The people here are so nice and always tell of new items coming to the menu. The food is always fresh and makes me stuffed every time! This is my husband’s favorite restaurant in Macon. So much so that every time I mention what he wants for dinner he says I want that Japanese place lol. They are very inviting and the place has a modern feel to it.
