I was in Clear Lake for the 2026 Annual WINTER DANCE PARTY & stayed in a motel within a 30-second drive of Arbys. I stopped for take-out 2x. BOTH times I was pleasantly greeted with smiles & a willingness AND readiness to take my order when I approached the counter. Nobody was standing around or messing with their cellphones as I often encounter. My food was hot when I got to my motel. I had the french dip au jus which was excellent. When I asked about desserts, Dean suggested the hot peach roll…YUM!!!! I had never had that before. They even wished me happy birthday! You have a grest front coubter crew here!

Went through the drive through tonight and person taking order was very rude. He kept cutting us off and asking if we were done. When we reached the window they just gave us our food in and shut the window quickly and walked away. We looked in our bag and realized that we were missing our order of medium curly fries. We honked and knocked on the window to get the workers attention and they ignored us for quite a while and then finally came to the window. We told them that we hadn’t gotten our fries, they were rude and brought us a bag with less than a small order of curly fries in it and never said a word to us. They shut the window and walked away and treated us like we had done something wrong by asking for our fries. The food was old and not fresh at all and the fries were whatever was left and very overcooked. Worse service and food ever from there. Probably won’t go back again

Good old Arby’s. Fries came out cool, not waisting food. Had plenty of places to plug in phones or laptops. Still would eat there again.

I had the pulled pork sandwich. It was very small. It was the size of a cheap hamburger bun. It was also cold, but tasted ok. I won’t waste my money on this ever again. It was expensive. I wanted to try the brisket, but I’m not going to take the risk.

I love Arby’s, but my app says that most of the food here I should avoid, for blood sugar /metabolism reasons. That didn’t stop me from having a Classic Roast Beef. You have to “live” once in a while, just do it in moderation .
