food was delicious I had the Frisco melt so very good fast service and you can see from my picture how they take pride in serving an excellent sandwich. Restaurant was clean and decorated for Halloween

Would of been a lot better experience if people listened and own up to there mistakes and didn’t act they were high out of there minds so I will not come back here and I would rather go to McDonald’s for now on and I love Hardee’s food so upsetting that I had to experience this and to lose a customer all over one employee I think management needs to do some training with employees.

A few nights ago, i called and spoke with someone to ask a reandom question about when breakfast items were available i was so pleased with the attitude of who i spoke with that i decided to come in tonight. The family and I stopped in tonight. Billy was fantastic. He greeted and served us warmly throughout. He was the kindest and most attentive worker i have ever experienced in a hardees, or anywhere else. The English language does not contain the words needed to express the joy my whole family felt after dining here tonight. After a while, I asked Billy if he was the one i spoke with. I was not surprised at all to learn, the he was. 5 stars is not enough google.

Came through the Hardee’s drive through December 22 around 8:20. When I say the best fries, they had the best fries I have had in a long time! They were hot and crunchy :). The food was perfectly made to order! The staff was joyful and happy! Definitely will be back!! Thank you!!!!

This store has taken a complete turn around. I’m here almost daily and every single day I’m greeted right away, my food is always fresh and hot! The people here treat you like family!!! I love how the staff decorates per the holiday!

When we arrived my wife ran into the restroom to find someone was smoking pot in a stall. Don’t know if she was an employee, but was later hanging out with an employee afterwards. We ordered our food and my wife’s food was lukewarm and my chicken sandwich was over cooked to where it was like eating jerky. They did replace my bad sandwich, but it apparently was an inconvenience to the staff to make another one. Not the best experience by any means.

Had car trouble and pulled over in their parking lot. Less than 5 minutes two workers come out threatening to call the police. Absolutely ridiculous and will never stop to eat there after how we were treated!

I was made to wait 3 minutes to even place my order ( nobody ahead of me in line). After ordering, I see 2 employees squatting outside smoking. I get to the window to wait another 5 minutes for barely edible food. This was our second chance stop. No third chance for sure!
