Went through the drive thru to simply get a fry and pretzel sticks. Was sitting far to long for just two simple sides and then when I did receive my order the fries were cold. I informed the worker who handed me my order and she proceeded to lie and say they were fresh which I in fact let her know there’s no way the cold have been fresh as cold as they were. She had me pull up to wait for fresh ones which again took longer than it was supposed to (worked in fast food before, I know the time for the fries) then proceeded to get smart with me once she brought me my order. Never again

My first time to try DQ here in the US and i love it , they have a good buy for 2 for $5 and it is really good it is like a combo meal for me. My husband and I love it here specially their ice cream in a cone or the blizzard. He likes the hotdog also. Staff are also nice the place is clean and neat

Hard working and polite crew working the drive through. Even around the holidays on a busy Sunday, these young people find a way to make a quick trip a notable experience. Impressed

I ordered a Dairy Queen Birthday cake online and was to be picked up at the Clarksville Dairy Queen. I got there and there was no cake!! We were celebrating my 8 year olds Birthday and now we have NO CAKE!! I don’t know how the “online ordering” works?? but obviously it doesn’t. I am very disappointed, I had a birthday party planned and Now NO Cake. I will not ORDER an ice cream cake again, sorry to say.

Descent for $5 lunch although slower than most fast food lunch spots. Burger quality pretty descent. From the meat to the bun to the veggies. Staff slow in making the food. Trash cans full. Counter help lacking. Dining room cleanliness and upkeep lacking. Maybe during rush times mgmt should have extra helper just for dining room upkeep and running food out to the tables.
update: June 2022-went for weekday lunch, one other car in lot for dine in. went in and saw only a three other tables of customers. this area is busy with businesses and employers and should be full of patrons. i was looking for cheap hamburger combo lunch option. cheapest burger meal option with tax was less than $9. wow! OMG. anyway, i opted to eat there. Erica at cashier was friendly and genuinely helpful. she was running register, running out food and picking up dining room here and there. my hamburger bun tasted like it had been microwaved. quality of burger was just okay. over slather of mayonnaise. three vehicles in drive thru when i left. nice atmosphere but could be much cleaner. tables not sprayed disinfect between customers.

Real interaction today (11/10/2025) with the drive through guy at 3:30:
Intercom: Anything I can help you with?
Me: No, just 1 second please.
Intercom guy gets impatient after 25 seconds: So anything I can help you with?
Me: No. Still just 1 more second please.
Me after 15 seconds: places order
Sarcastic intercom guy: So does that mean you’re ready now?

I love the new. Sausage and hash brown breakfast bowl. It is GRRRRRREAT…. My husband religiously enjoyed DQ Biscuits and gravy while watching the CBS Sunday Morning News. I on the other hand, never cared for their breakfast and he would have to make 2 different stops. That tradition changed about 8 mths ago when my husband was sick of watered down runny sausage gravy (with no sausage to be found) and biscuits. Until the sausage breakfast bowl were added to the menu. We both decided to give them a try and they are not just for Sunday’s anymore! Although my husband is not as obsessed with them as I, (he misses his biscuits and gravy) DQ did convert me. Stop in and say hi to that Awesome, Hard working, manager Lisa.
If the owners of this location read their customer reviews, let it be known. We have been customers for years, my parents included and have had to many negative experiences to count. Everything from incorrect order, ridiculous wait times, rude, & obnoxious management and staff, to not able to order a milk shake cause your store was out of milk!!!! Idk how that happens, but my hand to God it did. Lisa is a rare jewel in today’s work force. She is friendly, attentive, compassionate, considerate, knowledgeable, respectful and clearly hard working. This location doesn’t have the best history of employees or management. You should do everything possible to hold on to Lisa and to take care of her, give her the pay she works hard for and deserves and the appreciation, loyalty, respect, an employee like her should receive from their employer. Give her the authority and sufficient number of people to staff your restaurant and I’d be willing to bet your business would only get better I you wouldn’t have all these negative reviews.

Every time I go here, the service is extremely slow. That’s why I’ve only been here three times. The food is not worth the wait. There are too many other options in the area to choose from so don’t bother stopping here, except for maybe ice cream.

What can you say when you are coloring gold stars for the atmosphere of a messed up customer experience? “I felt really warm inside with a fuzzy fuzzy ambiance moment?” It may have simply been the fact that it was a Monday afternoon and hot outside, which is why my wife wanted to eat at this Clarksville DQ. I felt good about chancing a blizzard and she risked 2 cheeseburgers. Simple, no frills and definitely no thrills cuz the burger meat we got still had that cold spot in the center and the cheese still had the “square shape.” Maybe the staff didn’t feel like taking their eyes off the cell with latest post on Fbook for adding a purple haze to the tattoo of choice or maybe they just didn’t feel like doing their job and cooking the meat long enough to melt the cheese. Either way the buns and burgers were ice cold and it get’s better since we checked the food before driving off, Oh boy,, the fun began from there. The indifference to the problem was definitely aimed at us,, I mean really,, How rude of us for expecting something edible for $5 and then asking to speak with mgmnt?? The best part, creme de la creme, was tattoo man tossing us the nuked burgers in the same bag back at us and then shutting the window lightning fast before I could say, “Refund?” Eating at Clarksville DQ odds?? I would say 50 percent “maybe” or 50 percent “Yeah right” for edible food that wasn’t doctored up with real special sauce, “sarcasm implied.” Well,,Won’t be going back,, let me try that again,, We won’t be going back,,,,for anything but I scream unless tattoo man is lurking in the shadows,,, then it’s Never going back even for
eye scream. That dude was scary,, and he’s cooking the meat?
Stay away,, it’s good for your health,, no telling what you’re really gonna eat from the C-ville DQ,,,, just sayin
