The lounge was typical style of other sapphire lounges, but it is SMALL. They missed the opportunity to make it great with a bigger space. They have a good system of seating people down though instead of first come first serve seating which makes it more organized. Expect a wait, so if you are set on visiting, you probably need to get to airport 2.5 to 3 hours before departure time to even have a chance to enjoy the time if you get in. The food was outstanding and drinks as well. If you absolutely have your heart set on going to a lounge with your sapphire card and have limited time, go to the club lounge in D. It’s farther away, but it’s much bigger and you get in with your priority pass through the reserve card. Not as pretty, but still decent.

I had a 3-hour layover in Las Vegas and decided to try the Sapphire Lounge as a CSR cardholder. On a Friday at 12:00 PM, the wait time for one person was 30 minutes. Once inside, you’re greeted by a champagne bar. The lounge is located downstairs from the entrance. The menu offers a great selection of food and drinks, and I tried almost every dish. They were delicious and comparable to those at upscale restaurants. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Probably the Best premium lounge that I have ever been too. Food and drinks are excellent. I waited for about a hour with about 55 people on the wait list. I used my once per year access from Priority Pass.
Made to order burger is top notch. Salad choices are excellent. Coffee is strong and flavorful.

Definitely one of the best lounges in LAS however dropping a star due to the long wait times for entry which defeats the purpose of a lounge if you have to wait outside the lounge for 30 minutes or more before entry.

Once getting in however it’s stunning, the welcome champagne drink, the food choices weren’t overwhelming but the options offered were delicious. Really loved the asian cabbage salad and the flavor hit the mark for me. Pork belly bao was delicious as expected. The momofuku fries were quite unique too although lots of carbs and large portions.

Wouldn’t hesitate to come back but be prepared for long wait times before entry.

A great lounge! We were told maybe a 30 min wait for about 3 people and were called back within 10mins, on a Tuesday around noon. They first took our group to a small waiting area with a few snacks and they brought in some food, before taking us to our actual table. They have a variety of food you can get for yourself or scan a barcode and order something to be made in their kitchen. You can also order alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, which are all included. The staff were all friendly, professional and accommodating.

Tl;Dr The reservation system they are trialing at the Phoenix, AZ Chase Sapphire Lounge needs to get here… like yesterday.

With proper people traffic management… this lounge can be a hit; although with practically everyone flying through Vegas being a Reserve cardholder… that’s a tall ask that I hope Chase and The Club get ahead of as the space itself and amenities are top notch.

The biggest letdown is truly the destruction of all surprise and delight once you find out you can’t get into the lounge until after your flight has already taken off.

We had a good time here. The lounge was clean, spacious, and offered a decent selection of food and beverages. Their signature cocktails were great too. The best thing is the staffs who were very friendly and accommodating!

This lounge has been open for a few months now (as of January 2026). It was my first time visiting it. Not confusing it with the Chase Sapphire Lounge that is at the Aria Las Vegas hotel. Those are two different things.

The lounge is pretty small. It seems there will always be a wait. The lounge is located in Terminal 1, Concourse C (C Gates) by C23. It’s after you pass the Lego store.

If you get there before 11 AM, they have breakfast and brunch food in a buffet style. You can’t order from their Chase menu. However, the servers will still serve your drink orders. There are some lounge type seating spaces, tables and booths, and a bar area.

The lounge is pretty small. I hope they expand somehow. I am used to the larger Chase Sapphire Lounge at LaGuardia Airport in NYC. I didn’t stay longer than 45 minutes due to my flight. Ordered the burger from the menu (after 11 AM), and it was tasty!! Can’t wait to visit again.

The food and the service is fantastic!

The lounge is a bit small and can be on a wait, but I would highly recommend this lounge to anyone travelling. I had a 20 minute wait to get in, and it was well worth it.

The place is nice, and the food and drinks are tasty

The only downside is the waiting time (around 30 minutes) and limited capacity

Tip: You can order food directly via the QR code on your table.
