Made to order burger is top notch. Salad choices are excellent. Coffee is strong and flavorful.
Once getting in however it’s stunning, the welcome champagne drink, the food choices weren’t overwhelming but the options offered were delicious. Really loved the asian cabbage salad and the flavor hit the mark for me. Pork belly bao was delicious as expected. The momofuku fries were quite unique too although lots of carbs and large portions.
Wouldn’t hesitate to come back but be prepared for long wait times before entry.
With proper people traffic management… this lounge can be a hit; although with practically everyone flying through Vegas being a Reserve cardholder… that’s a tall ask that I hope Chase and The Club get ahead of as the space itself and amenities are top notch.
The biggest letdown is truly the destruction of all surprise and delight once you find out you can’t get into the lounge until after your flight has already taken off.
The lounge is pretty small. It seems there will always be a wait. The lounge is located in Terminal 1, Concourse C (C Gates) by C23. It’s after you pass the Lego store.
If you get there before 11 AM, they have breakfast and brunch food in a buffet style. You can’t order from their Chase menu. However, the servers will still serve your drink orders. There are some lounge type seating spaces, tables and booths, and a bar area.
The lounge is pretty small. I hope they expand somehow. I am used to the larger Chase Sapphire Lounge at LaGuardia Airport in NYC. I didn’t stay longer than 45 minutes due to my flight. Ordered the burger from the menu (after 11 AM), and it was tasty!! Can’t wait to visit again.

The lounge is a bit small and can be on a wait, but I would highly recommend this lounge to anyone travelling. I had a 20 minute wait to get in, and it was well worth it.
The only downside is the waiting time (around 30 minutes) and limited capacity
