Don’t bother with their tacos, they’re soggy beyond belief. What’s even the point of serving this sloppy goop? Even the hardshell tacos were no match for all the water at the bottom of the trays.

This is the second time I have a bad experience with this location!! First time I ordered a catering tray of potato salad and it was sour and had a bad smell to it! This time I got 2 pollo bowls and they gave me dried up left over chicken! I called the store at 7:50, 10 min till closing and they didn’t answer my call. Finally after the 8th time calling someone answered but she was staying quiet. So I called again and she answered. This location needs to do better!! Rude people that work there! Nasty attitudes! I will not be supporting this location no longer!

Soo delicious, stopped by this location coming down from Big Bear. Had been craving it all weekend, and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was delicious, from the Pollo, to the frijoles, arroz, and ensalada de papa.. my mouth is watering writing this review, super sad I don’t have a Juan pollo closer to Compton.

Was excited to try Juan Pollo again since we moved out of CA. Was so disappointed, the chicken was burnt and dry. Why do they even serve this batch?? The salad and salsa was good as usual. The cashier was pleasant. I was so tempted to go back and ask to replace it but it’s hot outside.

Make sure to check your order on that spot , I used to like their chicken but I was shorted twice , I did get some credit but the fact that my buddy or me on this case ate something else
a better customer service & retraining and ask just ask a bit slower , we don’t know the menu , you do I still like the fact they got an A keeps bringing me back for what I used to pay $12.41 to 15.85 for the exact same thing

When you go to juan pollo today and its empty and they still forget to do their one job of putting tortillas in the bag like did you even double check ? Smdh!! Pure comedy I mean your a tortilla place and I spent 30$ just trips me out!
Wow, I thought this place was getting better, but unfortunately it’s not. I literally got a chicken that looks like it’s been eating already or ran through. It has nothing on it. It’s basically empty and got my tortillas again for the second time when I asked if everything was in the bag this is ridiculous. It’s a simple job, but I could pay $40 for a meal unbelievable! Not to mention, you spent so much money and they can’t even give you a fork and napkins.
