Fresh, tasy, healthy packed bowls. Soo good! Place is a bit dark/grim. Service and food is amazing. I didn’t get a picture, I couldn’t wait to dig in.

I’m simply in love with acai, and the one from Cocobowlz is without a doubt the best I’ve ever tasted in Greenville. No matter the store, the fruit is always fresh. It’s expensive, but worth the investment.

I don’t like it. I eat very healthy but this is disgusting . Maybe I bought the wrong things but it’s a HARD NO for me. The bowl was TOOOO sweet but I guess that’s a southern thing I can’t get with. I love smoothie bowls and have been going to this location for multiple years, but it seems that this location has been going down hill. When it first started it was pretty great, but now they typically have one person working which is typically a teenager.
Unfortunately, for the past several visits in a row over several months, I have ordered a basic smoothie bowl and each time have gotten mushy or old or not fresh fruit, which is the main thing that people pay for.
I’m disappointed since the price of these bowls are $12-15.
I’ve heard multiple accounts where people have been served old fruit that is going bad and they hid it under toppings like peanut butter or another glaze or granola.
This is disgusting and definitely needs to be addressed. If you go to this location, I would definitely request it being made with fresh fruit and not fruit that is going bad. I just had to throw away half of my fruit toppings due to it going bad and being way too mushy.

As a repeat customer, I’ve never had any issues with this franchise. For one ☝️ I pay $17 for a bowl because I usually add extra toppings. But after today I will not be returning…. The girls customer service was HORRIBLE. I clearly said NO COCONUT FLAKES and she put it on anyways. As she’s remaking the bowl her and her coworker says “She didn’t say no flakes until after I placed my order.” Not true. Maybe if you would do your job and stay off your phone you would have gotten the order right the first time.AND THEN SHE ADDS ANOTHER NUTTY TOPPING TO REPLACE THE COCONUT. EW. MY DAUGHTER MISSED OUT ON HER BOWL BECAUSE OF THESE CARELESS WORKERS.

Açaí bowl was super watered down, and my daughter’s smoothie was watery as well. I wasn’t impressed, didn’t even finish the bowl or the fruit part for $22.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. Unfortunately, the last two times the açai base has been very different. The first time it had large chunks of ice in it and had little taste. The second time it felt watered down and tasted a lot like bananas. I don’t know if this is a cost saving measure, but for the price of the bowl it is not worth it anymore. Super disappointed because I loved coming here, but until the quality improves, I will have to find another place for açai bowls.
