Newer facility with nice clean and spacious salad bar and pizza buffet on Fridays at Lunch. Check out their lunch specials too. Salad bar is well stocked and clean. There is also a small bar area with stools to sit at. Friendly service.

Typically come here once a month or so. Always good. Tonight, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Worst service ever. We finally just got up and got a salad bar and while I was up I asked all 3 waitresses, which the one just moved in with her boyfriend and they never argue anymore, if we could at least get something to drink.
Salad bar was a mess. Crap everywhere. Again, the 3 waitresses playing on phones and talking about plans for their futures. Not once did I see a manager come out to the dinning room to see how things were going or to check up on customers. I did get extra steps in tracking down staff to see if we could get a refill, or napkins. Table next to us finally got up to get their own boxes so they could leave.
They were very quick to bring the bill though. Not near as fast though as we had to track them down so we could pay at the register.

I am very impressed!!! Moved from Michigan 4 years ago and ALL pizza huts up there are a run down mess. This place in Bluffton Indiana is the best Pizza Hut I have ever seen. Took 3 grandsons and daughter-in-law. Perfect

Ordered a taco pizza 20 min before closing. I ordered online and requested pizza sauce instead of bean sauce. They called to check to make sure it was correct or if it was an accident. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:02 (roads blocked off making me late) the girl was still all smiles, super nice and polite. They made me one of the best taco pizzas I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this Pizza Hut. Thank you for a perfect none greasy pizza❤️

Bluffton Pizza Hut has a extremely rude manager working there at nights… I placed a carryout order over the phone and when I got home the pizza was no where even close to what I ordered and when I called to speak to the manager he was extremely rude and told me (in his words) “you will not speak to me in that tone of voice and here are your 2 opinions either a remake or a credit or I’m hanging up” …. umm excuse me but since when do managers have the right to speak like that to customers???

Been a regular for a bit now but just ordered a large spicy marinara with bacon pizza. The pizza had little to no sauce and hardly any bacon. Disgusting. I expect disgusting pizza from Walmart not pizza hut. Waste of time, gas, energy, money. Tried to submit an online form to say something three times and I got system error every time. The online agent chat doesn’t work either. Googled corporates email and Gmail says it’s not an email address. ♀️ Complete disaster
