Harrows Chicken Pies are still made the same way they were in the 1930, with slow cooked chicken and rich homemade gravy made from scratch everyday. The pies are made just the way your grandmother would have made them 60 years ago, or the way you would if you had all day to spend in the kitchen. You can either call ahead to pick up a piping hot, ready-to-eat chicken pie, or pick up a cold one to bake at home. The pies are available in 4 different sizes, ranging from 1-6 servings. No matter what size your family is, Harrows can accommodate
Enduring takeaway spot for chicken pies, plus mashed potatoes, rolls & blueberry & apple pies.

The portion sizes are generous, making it a perfect choice for a filling meal. The flavors are rich and satisfying without being too heavy, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. It’s clear that Harrow’s takes pride in its food.
The sides are also fantastic—whether you go for the mashed potatoes, cole slaw, or a side salad, each dish is fresh, flavorful, and complements the chicken pie perfectly. The bread served with the meal is always warm and soft, adding an extra touch to the experience.
On top of the food, the staff is friendly and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. The restaurant itself has a cozy, down-to-earth vibe, and you can tell that it’s a local favorite. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the quality and service are always top-notch.
If you haven’t tried Harrow’s Chicken Pies in Saugus yet, do yourself a favor and stop by. It’s comfort food at its finest!
Still delicious. Got the apartment size, it’s perfect for two. It was full of big chunks of chicken and lots of carrots and potatoes. The gravy is delicious too!!!
Now I don’t know about you but any chicken pie I ever had comes with peas, carrots, and potatoes, and sometimes other ingredients may be added.
This pie was 23$ and the girl I was with bought a single serving size.
Well, when I got it home and started to share it with my friend I tell you we were lucky if we found maybe 6 peas and a few pieces of carrots with very few potatoes and the chicken was in big chunks and was tough as shoe leather..
All of us were extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t ever tell anyone to go there.
By far the worst chicken pot pie I’ve ever had.
