I have only been here a few times for breakfast. The food is good and the customer service is always on point. I just moved from Georgia and everybody that’s on the breakfast crew usually acts like they hate their jobs so this place was a refreshing change. Also, the pumpkin spice iced coffee is amazing!!

Terrible service. Employees rush you after making you wait when you’re the only one there. I add extras to my order and I don’t get them. If I pay to have an extra patty or cheese added, I expect an extra patty or cheese. Once or twice is once thing but the incompetence of this location is constant. It’s ridiculous

Louisville McDonald’s does what they want. I always do the same order digitally and most of the time I don’t get any sauces(which are on my order) or the correct drink. I order Dr.pepper or rootbeer and alot of times I get diet coke. They cycle through workers too much by the time someone has worked and learned they have someone new and it feels like we train them.
