Server Niki was very nice. We had chicken fettuccine elfredo, very good, and chicken piccata which came with a tablespoonful of capers of which I’m not a fan. I should of asked for angel hair pasta although the mashed potatoes was good also. The Tiramisu for dessert was excellent.

Had lunch, only two of us and a couple that had been dinning already. Slow service for only two patrons, never offered to refill drinks or water glasses. Ordered the fettuccini Alfredo, paid $6.00 more to add shrimp, got 3 medium sized shrimp. Flavor was acceptable to good but portion to cost ratio could use some improvement.

A fantastic discovery.
The restaurant offers Italian and Italian-American specialties. The variety is great and it can make happy people on most kind of diets.
I was pleasently surprised by the quality fo the food and the prices were very honest. If I could reccomend, the fried zucchini were outstanding as well as the steak. It has a homey atmosphere and the staff is educated and kind. I was so happy with this place, I came back all days I’ve stayed at the hotel. Good job!

I was not impressed by the meal here. The price for the shrimp scampi was very high in proportion to the small serving of food. My co-worker didn’t make it very far into her chicken parm because of the vast amounts of garlic in it. The service was good and I liked the oil with fresh herbs that came with the bread, but I would not come back.

Probably, for the first time we didn’t leave any tips. My husband orders an alcoholic cocktail from the happy hour menu. So, the cocktail arrived without any alcohols in it! Just juice with ice. When he said this to the server, the server not in a friendly form tried to convince that the cocktail does contain the alcohol. The further, the worse. I ordered lasagna and it came out absolutely not eatable: too salty and garlicy. Again, when we tried to talk to the server he started to argue! Terrible service, terrible food. I don’t know how they survive. Never ever again we go there for a diner.

The Vista Bistro is a great choice when staying at the hotel here. The food is top notch–tastes like authentic Italian food. I’d personally recommend the pollo piccata, it was delicious. For dessert the tiramisu (even though it looked like a slice of cheesecake at first) was an excellent ending to dinner. Our waiter Wilson was friendly, helpful, and happy to help/recommend options. The only downside was the wait time for food, and it’s fairly pricey, but it’s by far worth the wait and the serving sizes are certainly reasonable.
