Wow wow wow! I was blown away with the food and the service. We came for my mom’s bday and am very happy we came here. Our server was able to answer any questions and was very attentive. The food was divine. We had the lamb tenderloin, cooked to perfection. The breaded cod was so flavourful. The steak frites was perfect and the half chicken was so flavourful. For dessert we opted for the chocolate mousse and it was also incredible. I will be recommending.

I enjoy this restaurant. We usually get the same server (tall gentleman) who is very friendly and attentive. I recommend the striploin, shrimp tagliatelle, oysters and lamb. The paella is not consistent, it’s either very flavourful or lacklustre. This location is definitely better than the lakeside one in terms of the food. I recommend making a reservation, as this restaurant gets quite busy on the weekend. Even with a reservation, we had to wait a couple times for our table (10-15 mins).

It is Saturday and we arrived at 5pm, door open time in the afternoon. But we were told it was fully booked except patio seating. It was pretty hot outside like 30+ degree. We drove 30 mins to come here, so did’t have other choices. The service is top notch, our waiter is very friendly and we had some small talks. The music inside the store gives a happy and vibrant feel. Love the atmosphere. We ordered pull and tear bread with truffle butter $12 , it is actually my favorite dish of the day. The bread was made to order, very hot and fresh, so yummy to go with truffle butter. We also ordered the Flaming Pig $18, it was interesting fish with flaming fire on sausage, the sweet and sour apple has a little bit spicy kick. The last was the seafood paella,which we came here for tonight. The seafood is very fresh and seasoned well, but the rice is so wet and bland, not crust, definitely not our favorite.

We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Fishbone. Every single dish we ordered was spectacular, beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with high quality ingredients. It is not often that everything at the table impresses, but Fishbone truly delivered from start to finish.
What made the evening even more memorable was the exceptional service from David. He was one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. Attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm, he elevated our entire experience.

By far one of the best experiences, the place is running as smooth as it can be, the food immaculate, service real nice, we came in as a group of some 15-20 people and everything was so timely and accurate. The cuisine we had consisted of several courses including starters from bread, appetizers, meals and strawberry coolie for dessert. Props to the serving staff for taking care of us and the BOH for an amazing meal. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Another impromptu dinner after the driving range. Found this restaurant on Open Table and decided to give it a try. Drove 30+km. Staff was kind and friendly even though we were slightly underdressed in our runners and sporty outfits. Service was absolutely flawless with appropriate check-ins during the meal and after. Appetizers were excellent. All the dishes were thoughtful and flavourful with unique tastes and presentation. We ordered 4 appetizers, 3 mains, 2 desserts and a coffee. No alcohol. Dinner for 3 was $370 all in. See captions of photos.
