I started going to this location because I work nearby. This was my 3rd visit ordering through the drive thru (Sept. 23). The first 2 visits were good as well as the food but this 3rd time my chicken was cold and tough. I am willing to give them another try because of the first 2 experiences but I don’t appreciate being given cold and tough chicken. I was on my way to a meeting for work so I didn’t have time to return. The fries and the drink were good.

I ordered my food then waited in the parking space for 20 minutes for them to bring my food. The young lady came with my food. I said I ordered a drink while she was walking away. She yelled you need to come inside and order a new drink I came inside and ordered a a drink. My drink top wasn’t even close properly and my cup.

I sat in line on my break for 25 mins and my food was horribly cooked was literally too hard to bite. Late for work and still hungry!! The dark skinned manager I guess have a nasty attitude customer service sucks… the older lady on front cashier was the sweetest thing ever!!

people working the drive thru has an attitude problem didn’t make my order right had to go inside and ask for missing items person working the register had an attitude problem one day they’re gonna catch an attitude with the wrong person because me personally i can take it there and i promise you don’t want that hire better people that actually wanna do their job and not have a damn attitude because THEY made the damn food wrong

The place is very clean but the amount of food is poor is like they want to used one basket of fries to complete the orders the pieces of chicken are really small but the hospitality is great just tell the manager not to be greedy on the food

If I could give it less than one star I would, the girl at the register wasn’t worried about anything but her phone. We waited 25 minutes for our good, then our order was missing items so we had to go back. The loaded fries were bad, I regret paying $9 for them. There was very little sauce and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The spicy chicken sandwich had no Buffalo sauce and was just coated in ranch. The couple that ordered before me watched 4 orders go out that was after them, then when they confronted the employees, they were informed that they were out of chicken and had to drop more. I would highly recommend getting chicken anywhere else besides this Zaxbys.
