They apparently open and close at the employees discretion. ♀️ Tonight, 1/27/2026 that was 8p.m. I guess. The nice man also informed me they don’t open until 10a.m. which are not the hours indicated on Google or the posted store hours on their door. Just want to let others know of the operating hours changes to avoid another child being upset they can’t get their frosty they so rightfully deserved at that moment.

Make sure you know exactly how much you are giving them at the drive thru ,if you are paying with cash. I went thru the drive thru one night and could not find my glasses . Gave the clerk at the drive thru over $50 for a $10 meal. She did not say a word…took my money and acted like I gave her the correct amount. I was so upset when I discovered that after I got back to work. I guess there are no honest trust worthy ppl anymore. How sad and she was an older woman to boot.

Wendy’s has the absolute best chili. You get a huge bowl for only $3.50. With the free sour cream and crackers, it really feels like a meal and a half. I love places that have affordable food that taste good.

Thanks Wendy’s for reminding me why I stopped eating at the only fast food restaurant I at one time liked. Im super disappointed in the breakfast sandwich I paid almost 7$ for. One sliver thin piece of precooked bacon with egg. There was supposed to be cheese but I didnt see or taste any. And it couldn’t have possibly melted being my sandwich was room temp at best.

Went to restroom before placing an order to wash my hands. It was being used so waited in the hallway until a lady came out. The door to the ladies bathroom facility opened and a man came out and he was not an employee. I left and went elsewhere to eat. Does Wendy’s allow men to use women’s facilities? Disgusting!!!!

So I ordered my food and get to the window and was told they don’t sell chicken b.l.t. anymore so I need to choose something else. Ordered a double stack and got a single cheeseburger. Added a biggy bag they forgot the nuggets and the pic above was the frys they served not even half full all nasty old. A.f. they need to work on the food and the lady with the nose rings attitude. Definitely not a good place 2go.

The food was actually the only good point, it’s not really clean at least tables chairs and counters, takes 45min for a 5 dollar fill up. The morning manager is a joke and I’m not sure how she is there still with horrible times for dishing food maintaining the store and training definitely training. You can’t say new employees all of them have been there at least 30 days.

We got this coupon, so for fun we decided to eat lunch at Wendy’s. I placed an order online for three value meals, but when I got there, they told me that they “could not” honor the coupon because I had ordered online. I politely explained to a manager that the coupon was why I was there, but she became very defensive and denied that it was at all possible for her to fill a junior frosty without an in-store order. There is no code on the coupon to enter online, so I told her they should put that information on their coupons, and again, she irately told me that was simply impossible. The junior frosty is not the issue; the poor service is. As a kicker, after we left we realized that we were also missing a drink we had paid for. This was my last visit to Wendy’s in Port Clinton.

Stopped at this Wendy’s for a Frosty-ccino that I had a BOGO coupon for. The staff was still in training and needed help scanning my rewards and with the coupon, but they were friendly and service was fast. Neat anchor in front of the building added to the stop.

Put half your order on the counter to cold while they wait for other part of order then you have let them know you waiting for rest of your order and touch the body parts with washing hands sanitation sucks
