We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. I was in the mood for ramen so I gave it a try today. Upon walking in the customer service was decent. The gentleman greeting me when I walked in so that was a star for me. My second star was the drinks. Very good! I liked how I was able to add my sweetness level because I don’t care for sweet drinks. I ordered to go and I finished my tea before making it home. This made me excited to try the food. The reviews were very good so I ordered many options to give a fair rating based on my opinion. I would give the presentation another star, very good and sturdy packaging. Now to the food… The ramen, no stars. They were bland and flavorless. We added a little salt and pepper but we couldn’t finish it. The fried rice tastes like the smell of my dog’s food. It wasn’t good at all. The chili flavored chicken is ok but not anything I would run back to try again. Overall as a family we rated our dinner 4/10. Unfortunately we won’t return for food but the drinks were really good.

Nice spot in Fayetteville. Teriyak platesi are good, ramen is good, they actually serve Ajitsuki which goes a long way. The tea is good as well. Their teriyaki tacos are low key underrated here on the reviews!
Consistent quality and service. Have eaten here at least a dozen times since their opening and can’t think of anything to complain about. Not the best ramen I’ve ever eaten, but for price and location it’s one of my favorites in the area.

Ordered food here this past weekend and omg the food was soooo good! The ramen was flavorful and the toppings were fresh. The veggie rolls were crunchy and yummy. The coconut boba slush had great flavor too. Husband had the teriyaki chicken and he thoroughly enjoyed it. For 2 meals, boba and an appetizer we spent about 60 dollars so not the most budget friendly but the food is def worth the prize. Definitely coming back!

We just got back from our first visit to Omi Ramen & Grill. The food was outstanding and the boba drinks delicious. We each had pork ramen- one with miso soup (chicken) base and one with tonkotsu soup (pork) base. Both were very tasty with so much flavor without being salty. The pork chashu meat in the ramen was very tender and savory. A side of pan-fried pork gyoza (potstickers) with soy sauce-garlic sauce was wonderful. Our drinks were chocolate milk tea slush with cream foam and peach tea with lychee jelly. Wow, they were amazing and refreshing. We dined in today and enjoyed the company of lovely staff and other customers. It was a friendly atmosphere perfect for our Fayetteville town. Check out the lovely delivery bags in the photos! They are lined on inside to keep food hot. The menu is so extensive for both food and drinks that we will be back over and over again!

I had a taste for Philly cheese steak egg rolls and this was the restaurant I chose from google. I ordered the $3.99 egg roll that look nothing like the picture advertised online. The egg roll was small and it barely had any Philly meat inside. I also ordered the house noodles. The noodles has a funny smell to them, I honestly can’t make out the smell. The chicken in the noodles taste fake along with the pepper steak. The shrimp was ok. The noodles taste bland. It didn’t have any flavor at all. I ordered a boiled egg, it was grey on the outside and under cooked in the middle. Overall z, I give this pricey meal a negative star. I honestly want a refund for my time. I’m feeling sick and I have a plate full left

This place has quickly become a favorite regular destination. I don’t think I’ve had better ramen at any place like this. Portions are generous, the broth is savory without being overly salty, and the egg is always cooked to the perfect level of semi-doneness to be a delicious complement to everything. Drinks are great, too, with lots of variety for flavors and add-ons.

I originally tried this restaurant through DoorDash & was very impressed with the Taiwanese popcorn chicken. So I decided to come in person to try a few more menu items including their taro milk tea. The staff is very welcoming & professional. Will definitely be returning.

So happy to have this boba and Ramen spot in the area. Food was really good. Boba was fantastic. I wasn’t sure which fruity drink I wanted and the nice staff helped us a lot. I ended up with grapefruit with aloe jelly. I did light sugar and it was perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Tucked unassumingly in a shopping mall between a Kroger and a rib joint, Omi Ramen and Grill might be easy to overlook, but its food is anything but average. I went in craving authentic Japanese ramen, and Omi delivered in spades.

The ramen was simply outstanding. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chew. The shrimp in my bowl were tender and flavorful, and the broth was a revelation—steaming hot, garlicky, and deeply satisfying.

I also tried the potstickers, which were pan-fried to perfection. My only critique? They could have used a paired dipping sauce to elevate the experience further.

Clearly, I’m not the only one who thinks Omi is a hit. As I dined, a steady stream of customers filed in, a testament to the restaurant’s popularity. If the rest of the menu is as good as my meal, I can see why Omi is a local favorite. The dining room is small so to-go might be the ticket if the trend continues.

For anyone craving authentic Japanese ramen in an unexpected spot, Omi Ramen and Grill is absolutely worth the visit.
