It just might have been a good place to eat had they changed the oil in their hash browns and french fries every now and then. They ALWAYS tasted like they had been sitting in grease all day. Ugggggg.

Staff is friendly, breakfast food and lunch food is great, prices are a little high but that’s everywhere now, and the sweets leave much to be desired. I was lured in by the pictures of the amazing looking maple cinnamon rolls and I was disappointed when I received this barely iced, dry hockey puck.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Hardee’s. First, they asked if I wanted my 3 breakfast combos medium or large. I said small. Got to the window and was still charged for mediums for 2 of them. They fixed the total and had “remake” my drinks (sprite and coke) to the smaller size, which was fine until I got home to a cherry coke (no big deal) and my fiancé’s sprite was an actual CUP OF WATER! Not to mention my mom’s sandwich was burnt and all of our hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Unbelievable. I won’t be coming back.

The biscuits are dry yet slap full of what tastes and feels like old grease, the sausage tastes old and bland, the eggs dont taste like real eggs at all yet yall have the audacity to charge your egregious prices?! Just came through the drive through and the lady wait til we get to the window and say “we out of grape jelly.” Then proceeded to swipe the card before I could get a chance to say nevermind I don’t want it. You should have said something at the ordering window before I placed my order. Then you took the food you gave us BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW! You’re not suppose to do that!

I just left Hardee’s and lady name GiGi was amazing. The staff was so sweet too, but she was so patient and polite I ordered a big order that came up to 55.67$ and when I tell you she did not rush me or say “is that it” I just had to share my experience thanks you GiGi you’ve made my day

Recently stopped in to get breakfast with the family and I have to admit I was quite disappointed this is the second or more time service has been horrible not to mention the atmosphere of the restaurant. Used to be really good but has gone downhill professionalism has completely left too much drama going on employees underwear showing pants almost to their knees I don’t want to see that when I’m trying to order food, manager and other staff fussing and cussing about Family Matters nothing was clean just completely unprofessional and just unsatisfactory took way too long to get a simple order not just me experiencing that other customers too. At this point I will be looking somewhere else when I’m hungry for breakfast or lunch or dinner or anything unfortunately Hardee’s is not on my list anymore. Also to add even the restroom was busted and not even working outside of everything else that was out of( Fountain drinks) or nasty dirty complete unprofessional and disgrace I can’t speak for the ladies restroom but I can tell you the men’s restroom was nasty.

Had lunch there today and I should have walked out as soon as I ordered. The young lady who took my order was breaking up change in the drawer and counting money the whole time. I waited to give her time to finish, but she kept going as she asked for my order. The whole time the place is empty but loud from the conversations going on between the staff. I was willing to look past this, and the soda carbonation issue that soon followed. I picked up my food and went to a table and the order was wrong. I ordered a single with extra onions and received a double with no onions. I did not realize it but I was charged extra for the mistake. My wife went up to get it corrected when the same lady that took the order insisted I messed up the order, that she put in what I told her. She essentially called my wife a liar when she told her she heard me order and the lady still insisted she had not made a mistake. Same lady that couldn’t stop counting change long enough to take my order. On top of that my Frisco burger had two magnificent tomato butts, it’s almost like this Hardee’s is trying to win the award for Worst Service. I used to enjoy Hardee’s, I won’t be back.
