Amazing food and enjoyed it! Thank you to the staff and chefs who made my experiences very good.
First time I ordered through Postmates 01/29/26 ; Orange Chicken, Kung Pao chicken, steamed white rice, and egg rolls. My mom and I enjoyed the food and felt it was made with love. The packaging was prepared very nicely and very thoughtful to cut out the corners of the containers so the food doesn’t overcook within the containers. Smart packaging! After finishing my dinner, we said we want to go dine in.
Fast forward, came in today 02/07/26 with my partner and we really loved the food and the experience. The ambience is very nice and calm. I appreciated the hostess sitting us down by the window, it was a nice view. Both the hostess and the staff were very nice and attentive. I can’t wait to bring my mom here in person. Thank you for the love and care you put into the food. Can’t wait to come back and try new dishes.
Highly recommend others to try Chi’s Chinese Cuisine!

We’ve been coming to Chi’s Chinese for over 25 years, and it is hands-down the best Chinese food around. Truly a local gem. They have indoor seating, but we very often order takeout—and it’s always just as fresh and delicious.

Every item is consistently great, never greasy, and full of flavor. Our favorites are the shrimp rolls, kung pao chicken, beef and broccoli, sweet and pungent shrimp or chicken, and the chow mein. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Quality and consistency are what keep us coming back year after year. The parking lot can get busy, but it’s fairly large and we usually don’t have an issue finding a spot.

This is the best Chinese food we’ve had, and we’ll continue to be loyal customers for many more years to come. Highly recommend

Friendly and efficient service! The walnut shrimp is so good. The candied walnut was such a great contrast to the savory shrimp. They don’t have sweet and sour pork but they have a healthier option in sweet and sour chicken. So tasty! For starters, we had the dim-sum sampler that had two pieces of pork siumai, two shrimp siumai, dumplings and pork buns. Parking lot can get full on certain busy times here but there’s also nearby street parking available.

Love dining here. Everything tastes so delicious and fresh. It was my 2nd time there with my sister.

Took my leftovers that night back home on a flight. Was so happy to go there one last time before the year ended.

Friendly staff.
Feel good atmosphere.
Clean and modern look.

We had a delightful experience here. Our server was Arnold. He was very nice and attentive to us.

The dim sum was great for us, especially being in the Valley. There’s not a lot of good dim sum places here. The selection was limited but they were all delicious. The highlight was the shrimp roll. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture though.

Overall, we really enjoyed it here, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. We’ll definitely be back.

We come here every few month for a ladies brunch/lunch. We stopped for during the pandemic but came back again because it’s the one place everyone in our group loves. The food is delicious and the service is always great. There’s a large shared parking lot for the strip mall so we can always find parking.

Food was generic Chinese American food. Tasted good, just super overpriced for what it is. $120 for three people for food that is only somewhat better than Panda Express. The tea, however, is very good. The food quality isn’t the issue, it’s the premium price being charged for non premium food. I know everything is expensive now, but I expected more for the price.

Chi’s is probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in the valley and quality is similar to what you can find in San Gabriel Valley. The lunch menu dishes are the same price as dinner but for lunch, it comes with a small side salad and soup. The food is delicious and service is great. The servers were all very friendly.

Place is also very clean and spacious. Only downside is that the prices are more expensive compared to what you get elsewhere. Overall, I had a great experience and would come back again.

This is the best Chinese food available in San Fernando Valley! I can only review the food and the service because I usually do deliveries. I’ve tried to get in to the restaurant itself, but it is always busy. Which is a great mark! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Chinese food.

I ordered takeout and got the steamed fish w veggies. My friend got the Mongolian beef and we also got the Shanghai dumplings. I feel like the dumplings weren’t that good. I’d go to Din Tai Fung instead. The Mongolian beef was aight (7/10). However I enjoyed my dish (8/10). I’m annoyed though bc it took a while for our dishes to come out and then they missed giving us rice.
