Weather it is a man in the back who takes up two tables and doesn’t smell pleasant or a woman taking phone calls on speaker very loudly with her shoes half off also taking up so much space; this cafe doesn’t create an great atmosphere. I could never sit in peace. The people who sit in are not even customers.

This was undoubtedly the most disappointing customer service experience I have ever encountered. When we ordered drinks for husband and i and our two children, they were given water cups, which they were filled with a beverage instead of water. Shortly after, the shift manager( female) noticed this and rushed over to our table, which was situated near the fireplace, loudly accusing us of not paying for the drinks because we had 2 water cups. I explained that we had indeed paid for our order, and that the cups were provided by the restaurant. The manager insisted that the cups were complimentary and that we were stealing. As I attempted to show her the receipt, I realized that the cashier had inadvertently not charged me for the children’s drinks amidst my larger order of sandwiches, soups, and coffee. I felt sympathy for the cashier, as I didn’t want her to face repercussions for a simple mistake or for trying to be nice to my kids. I expressed to the manager that her aggressive approach was not only inappropriate but also embarrassing, as she was shouting accusations across the restaurant other employees were calming here down but she was just getting more louder. Her response was to label me a thief and state that she wouldn’t engage with someone who steals. I offered to pay the $6 I owed, but she dismissed me, threatening to call the police instead. I reminded her of my history of generosity in that very location, where I had fed homeless individuals many times while the staff had asked them to leave. I have consistently ordered more food for both personal and business purposes. After this encounter, I reached out to the management and even sent a video of our interaction, yet I have received no acknowledgment or apology. This experience has left me with a firm decision never to return to any Panera Bread location, as I believe this behavior reflects a deeper issue within the company’s management. I hope the CEO takes note of the widespread complaints regarding poor service, subpar food quality, incorrect orders, and inflated prices also poor management services.

Came in for a loaf of bread. Sunday snow storm caused a storage of bread in many stores. Left with 2 loaves of bread a bag of sourdough bread 6 bagels and some other goodies due to my rewards. Katelyn who assisted myself and my husband was very professional, courteous, knowledge, welcoming and on point with an Awesome Smile!

I’ve had some good food here occasionally. I like their Tuna on tomato basil bread. Here’s the thing, Panera markets itself as a healthy choice, there’s nothing healthy about bread, especially the types of bread panera offers. Way too thick and/or, way to thick and hard, the bread that is the worst for you. This location had terrible service, terrible customer service, and the ordering kiosk is confusing. Panera is ridiculously over priced and the customers that are pleased with their food and service are ridiculously brain washed that they’re getting healthy food. McDonald’s is more healthy than Panera Bread. I got the tuna and a cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup, nothing at McDonald’s is less healthy than this dish, probably 7,000 calories, all sugar. It’s a fools paradise. Small portions with big, unhealthy bread. I don’t recommend, however, if you’re being honest with yourself, go for it, ill stay healthy and eat at McDonald’s.

My wife and I’ve been going to Panera bread for a couple of years now. We are on the road quite a lot as we are retired and enjoying life. About a year and a half ago we joined the zip club which allows you to have a free beverage every two hours throughout the day and every day. If you add up what you spend in coffee purchases for an entire year, it was approximately $600 for a year. Sip club cost about $129 for the whole year. It not only includes coffee but tea, soda choices of Panera bread, signature beverages, including lemonade, teas, iced coffee, sodas, an interesting juice combinations.
Not only that they track your purchases and give you free pastry occasionally or discounted items along the way.
Don’t miss out on this amenity. It’s a money saver, and very convenient. P.S. as some locations get refitted and updated. They are adding fresh ground coffee bean, coffee units, which is an improvement over the very good coffee that they had before. Don’t miss out.

They are not the same as the menu size. The steak sandwiches are too small, and they still missed the sea-salt croutons. They still don’t care about the customer. I ordered the Bistro French Onion Soup, and it tasted awful

Panera bread is like a refuge in a sea of average cafe’s and coffee shops. When you think the coffee’s and soft drinks are the draw all you have to do is try the food. Based on an all-around Cafe, the food’s and soups and salads are above the mark. The best is the Tomato Bisque, seemingly made to order.
My favorite thing is going to the tea bar where they have teas from around the world.
If you haven’t tried Panera bread yet you’re missing out. Go for it, and you’ll see for yourself.

Stale coffee. Tastes like the coffee has been sitting too long or the grind is old or both. Could also be contributed to urn’s and coffee machines not being cleaned properly.
