The pho was huge, and such a comforting bowl!

Ordered food from here, on the app i used it didn’t say anything about the Beef Pho arriving raw and needing a microwave to cook it at home. Which would have been fine, but i was staying at a hotel nearby at the time and they wouldn’t let us use the kitchen microwave… because it’s a hotel with its own restaurant and that’s against health and safety. No where does it tell delivery customers they’ll need to heat up the Pho broth before putting ingredients in. no where.
called them and asked for a refund on the specific dish because they sent me raw food, and the guy on the phone was completely useless. just saying sorry over and over again, “we can’t refund you” “we didn’t know you didn’t have a microwave” “go ask someone else to help you in the hotel”.
it says NO WHERE on their delivery apps which most people use these days that the food arrives raw. i’ve just checked the other beef pho that we ordered and that’s also raw. no where does it say “you will need to heat up the pho broth at home” in the description. if my partner hadn’t of stopped me and checked both dishes we would be seriously ill right now. cannot believe how badly this played out. it’s a nice gesture trying to keep the food as good quality as possible, i get that. but there’s no communication at all about what to do with it when it arrives.

Finally found a Southern Vietnamese restaurant here in the UK highly recommend Com Tam & crispy pork belly Banh miiii These two taste superb authentic and really nice seasoning, feel like homefood for any south souls!! Bun bo hue & Pho is average not really nice for the price, helpful and friendly staff, decorations were attractive

I was indeed quite disappointed as many people recommended this shop.
The portion of meat isn’t too much and soup tastes not bad but average!!
I can have a go if i live around but for tourists in Manchester, definitely have better choice

Absolutely delicious! I’m a big fan of a good pho and this one definitely delivered. Loved the variety of starters and other dishes too. Friendly, attentive staff made the experience even better. I’ll be back!
