1st time to eat at this McAlister’s. Service was excellent, restaurant is clean and my club sandwich was on point. Shout out to Collin, the shift manager this afternoon. He gave us legendary service. We will definitely return

McAlister’s is a little pricey for a chain restaurant where you have to stand in line to order at a counter. It cost nearly $30 for my wife and I to eat. For that price we could have done a full service sit-down dinner at a reasonable restaurant. The thing about McAlister’s though is the food quality is really good AND it’s consistent. Last night we had dinner at a new to town small chain sit-down full service place, spent a little more and left disappointed. Tonight we go to what should have been a lesser restaurant in McAlister’s and as we always do, we left feeling satisfied and full. My wife usually does a 50/50 sandwich- salad meal. She mixes it up and hasn’t been disappointed yet. I’ve tried a few hot sandwiches and a couple potatoes and they’ve been good. My favorites are far and beyond the Ruben and the french dip which actually has a bunch of meat on it.
My only word of caution it that the hot sandwiches don’t travel well. If you’re going to eat at McAlister’s, eat at McAlister’s. Don’t bring it home. Oh, and they really need to add fries to the menu.

Food came out fast, was presented well, and tasted great! I got the southwest Chipotle sandwich (turned into a wrap). Soooo good!

This was the portion size of the kids meal entree for both of my children’s kids meals. I brought it up to the counter and the manager behind the counter rudely said…”nope….it’s 1 scoop…that’s right”. Really? I come here every week but won’t be anymore if this is how customers with minor, easily fixable complaints are treated. All I asked for was the regular amount they get every time we come here. This portion only covered 1 inch of the cup. Not a big deal overall, but the response was absurd and poorly communicated.

Great stop! Really good McAlisters, nice & clean and the staff couldn’t have been better. Their sweet tea – so good – you are guaranteed a mega sugar buzz!
As always I had to make a bathroom run and the bathroom was sparkling clean.
Oh, and they have a drive thru too! Highly recommend!

Went on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. After ordered sat down and saw 5 tables waiting for food. I knew it would be a wait most likely due to short staffed as there was a help wanted sign on door and windows. We waited patiently for 40 minutes for our food as we understood it wasn’t their fault being short staffed. No other customers were upset verbally, but you could see on their face it was inconvenient. The thing that has me baffled is when our food did come out it was cold and there was a hard top layer over the cheese for the chips and cheese plate. If you are short staffed how was the food so cold? You could clearly see the food coming to the window and server serving it right away, so was the food just sitting back in the kitchen? I don’t know if the manager was there to help. If so good for you, if not shame on you to let your employees work so short staffed and produce food so cold.

We all got excited when McAlister’s came to town! I give it 3-stars because it is inconsistent. Good service, but the food is “wonderful” sometimes and “not-so-wonderful” other times.
For example, check out this Spud Max. Where are the onions and olives? I didn’t tell them to leave anything off. I remember the days when the filling of the Spud Max used to hang off the sides. This is sad.

Tea is great. Spud Max was good. Do not recommend the ham and cheese sandwich melt. Only had one thin slice of ham on it on a big piece of bread.
