My husband and I were really hung over and this place was exactly what we needed. We tried el Surtí – the juice was so good I used a straw to drink it the taco de pescado has a grilled cheese crust which was unexpected and delicious. The taco gobernador l don’t tolerate spicey stuff too much and they let me know they can make it without the sliced chile (I think it was Serrano) the menu looked so good we will be back to try other stuff.

I had the pleasure of dining at Mr. Clamato in Coachella, and it was an absolutely spectacular experience. It’s always a good sign when there’s a bit of a language barrier—it usually means you’re in for some authentic cuisine, and Mr. Clamato was no exception. The service was wonderful; everyone was very welcoming and attentive, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.
I went all out on shrimp dishes, from the Baja taco to the Taco Gobernador, and finished with the Maviri tostada. Everything was delicious and fresh, and the habanero salsa provided the perfect spicy kick to complement the seafood.
Adding to the atmosphere were the TVs showing live MLB games, which is always a plus for me. It made the dining experience that much better, feeling like a casual outing at a local spot while enjoying some great food.
My only complaint? I wish I had more room to try even more dishes! I absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to go back to sample more of what they have to offer. If you find yourself in Indio, don’t miss out on Mr. Clamato. It’s a must-visit for a fantastic mariscos.

Wow! What a hidden gem! So glad I found this place! We tried a little bit of everything and EVERYTHING was incredible!
Fish tacos✅, ceviche ✅, clam chowder bowl ✅, shrimp tacos✅, tuna tostada ✅!!! Food was fresh and delicious! Everything is homemade! Service was perfect and you could see everyone working together to make our experience perfect. The place was full on a Thursday night! The beer was ice cold, the music was nice and the game was on the TVs. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer dining environment.
The owner, Victor visited our table to make sure we were happy and the service from Karla was outstanding. Check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

Nice place inside and out. I got a Tostada ceviche Cameron, a fish taco, and a taco loco. I finished it all, it was very delicious. I wished I lived closer otherwise I would come more often. I was the only customer in the restaurant whichever surprised me because the food was so dam good! I really like theme with all the cool decorations too. They have a nice outdoor seating area as well. Overall I give my experience a solid 10 .

The place is clean the food is delicious the service was good. Love the different sauces they have. I had the carne seca with onion shrimp and lil of cacahuate. Then I had a fish taco it was good. The bread bow of clam chowder was delicious it had beacon taste if you like that I will come back again….one lol thing the music is too loud so when you order make sure the waiters understand what you want other than that 5

Great tasting food and friendly staff. The interior is nice looking gives taco shack vibes. The Taco Marlin and Taco Campechano was a 10/10 the taco Gobernado was very tasty as well but have tried a better one near 6th Street. Tacos came with cheese grilled on tortilla very nice addition. Tostada came on the side from the tostada food also a plus. Overall great experience, parking could be better though it was limited pavement parking: dirt lot next door will do though.

Have to give credit where credit is due this place is so good I’m picky with seafood and this by far is my top 2 now drove 2 hours from LA for a day trip did not disappoint and our waiter was great he told us about the area and his truck 10/10
