This by far has been the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The manager when told that the soda machine in the dining area wasn’t working right, he questioned us and made us feel like we were lying there wasn’t carbonation in the drinks.
The food was cold, tasted horrible ( salty, dry and overcooked) the floors tables and trash cans were all needing attention. The manager was even looking in the trash can but still not being taken out even though it’s overflowing. See pictures

With no one in line it took 15 minutes to even get to them to recognize someone was even wanting to order. It then took 10 additional minutes to wait for the order. All while other cars are driving away. Be better or close down. The workers don’t want to work there.

Severely went down hill over the past year. Used to be fresh correct food with friendly faces. Now all the food tastes like it’s been sitting forever. The pie I got this morning was horrible and the expiration time had been peeled off so I can only assume it’s been sitting there more than four hours. Also, I found lint on my bagel this morning.

The female drive thru attendant with the foreign accent quickly become annoyed when my husband asked for a receipt. This shouldn’t even be an issue.
The restaurant is located on the corner of a busy intersection, but the street lights help with navigating into the parking lot.
With a changed outlook as far as giving customers their receipts, this particular McDonald’s will fair much better in the area of customer service.

Got four McChicken’s and a small fry got the order wrong two light mayo, pickles, extra lettuce, and light mustard the other two add pickles and mustard. When we got them they were barely wrapped didn’t have the right amount of items we requested three didn’t even have pickles they didn’t even call our number or even bring it to the table cause it was for dine in completely unexpectable the machines don’t print any receipts the bread is almost stale.

The manager on duty was very rude. It was if he could care less about helping me. He called out a number for an order that was done and I simply looked at the number and he snapped at me telling me it’s not mine. Well how would he know since I used the kiosk? It was incredibly rude. Then when my food was ready he didn’t even give me my drink cup before walking away. He then walked over to take someone else’s order and stared at me as if I was bothering him. I asked for my drink cup and he clearly didn’t like that I asked for it. When i opened my food the burger looked like they threw it around the kitchen. It was a mess. I’m definitely not going back to this McDonald’s and I probably won’t go to one for quite awhile. There are plenty of places to get fast food in the area that probably wouldn’t act like this manager did. It w a s ridiculous. I recommend avoiding this place.

This place is consistently bad. Dine in, drive thru or online delivery. Same results. The staff has either a bad attitude or no personality. If you deviate from the script just a bit they make you feel as if you’re bothering them. I’m completely done and over it.

Food is just like any McDonalds. Ok if you are in a hurry. Too expensive for what it is unless you use the app and find a deal.

Service is also no different than most McDonalds. Even though I ordered using the app, food was missing from the order. This seems to be normal at all locations when I order for more than two people. It is what it is, I guess.
