What a fantastic venue. We booked the Mare Rooftop for a 50th birthday celebration. Not only was the semi- private space the perfect way to surprise our guest of honor, but it comfortably accommodated a party of 25. Simplistic but elegantly decorated. And the food was incredible – everyone complimented their dishes – sirloin cooked to perfection, pan seared chicken, and a salmon to die for. A delectable selection of desserts, too! But what made the night was the staff. Catherine and her team were attentive, kind, and friendly. It was exactly why we chose to host our event here. Through and through , start to finish, the planning was a breeze. Communication was seamless. I highly recommend The Mare for parties or a dinner with family or friends. You won’t be disappointed.

First time. What a great place highly recommend for date night birthday etc make a reason to go you won’t be disappointed the view was amazing service food all top notch . Had a 30 bday party to attend will be back with the family. Went back for my son’s graduation dinner just as good as the first time added some new plates

The restaurant is very nice and has a great atmosphere. The food and drinks were good, but the service was terrible. The food was served, but I had to ask for extra plates, utensils, and even napkins—almost halfway through the meal. I also had to request water.

Classy place where people dress really nice. Not to sound mean but I could make the food better at home it was incredibly bland. Food was way too expensive for what it was, we felt like it was a rip off. Please put salt and pepper on the table and don’t make your customers track down the waitress for something so basic and necessary. I fine dine all the time and would never go back here, not worth it. I’m holding back a few complaints but wanted to share my experience. Waitress was knowledgeable.

We really liked it, the waitress Esther was excellent and the best thing was that she spoke Spanish. My first time, I might go back. The steak I ordered was medium well and it was very good, but burnt in the corners.
