Ordered using the APP at this location for the first time. I inadvertently made a mistake on my order so I called the store. They were very polite, professional and helpful in correcting y order. The delivery was fast, the food was hot and delicious. The delivery driver was very warm and appreciative. Overall outstanding customer service l.

Nice area. Clean building, neat and professional staff. Wall was clean and up to date. Pizza was hot, well cut, and well made. My pizza was made in a clean kitchen by the look and smell of the place. No visible dust, and windows clean. Parking lot was clean and markings were easy to see. Staff smiled and used soft tone for soft spoken patrons. Very mindful, very demure. 1 Michelin star worthy imo. My pizza order was correct and delish. Definitely worth what I spent.

Ordered pizza for my son who is too young to drive just after landing at DFW. About 7:15PM on Tuesday night; delivery estimate 35 minutes. $8.50 or so in tip on $26 of food. We live less than 0.3 miles from the store & maybe 4 minutes if you catch every light. At 8:22PM pizza was delivered. That said, the order was correct & slightly warm.

My first impression of the facility was that the storefront and the inside were both very clean and tidy.
My first impression of the crew was that they are very friendly and professional.
I ordered via the app and, when I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted & given the status of my order. It happened so quickly & efficiently that, about 5 seconds later, another crew member greeted me as well.
This seems like a crew that works well together and, as a business owner, I know that translates to a good product.
My pizza was perfect.

We moved, so I gave Domino’s another shot. This Domino’s is kickass! Food was as good as it gets, person I spoke with was super cool, driver was nice and smiling. Just good vibes all around. So much better than our old Domino’s in Oak Cliff. This is how it’s done right here!

I entered the store about 15 minutes after my order was placed in the Domino’s app and just after the tracker said it was complete. There were no other customers in the store at the time and I was told they were working on it. Everything went steadily downhill from that point. I waited in the store for 45 minutes and never received my order. I had inquired about my order several times and never got any results. When I finally walked out without my order, there were probably eight people standing around waiting and not being helped.
I placed an exact duplicate order from the Oak Lawn store, drove straight there and that order was ready within two minutes of my arrival.
I did finally go back to the Lemmon location a few weeks later and finally got refunded after email requests for a refund were ignored.
