I have had it with this location. I’ve always stretched my patience with the old chicken never fresh, but still somehow try it again. January 28th 2026 i dis a online pick up order around 4:30 ish pm I expressed in the comments fresh hot chicken fresh hot fries. Immediately my order was ready. I get there at 4:59p I immediately knew my chicken was not fresh and had been sitting under the lamp in a sack waiting on my arrival. So I politely drove to the window and asked this young madman could you please give me fresh food. I had 1 wing 1 drum and small fry with drink. He was like we have to hit the online button or whatever to clear the order. I expressed to him I know this is not fresh please give me fresh food. He got a attitude and was like so you want fresh fries I said yes. O stayed positive he closed the window continues on cars pull behind me he brings there orders they leave do on do forth. O look at the clock out now days 5:25p I look at the window he never communicated anything just kept ignoring my presence. I caught the site of another young lady so I again remain patient. I glance at the clock is now 5:25p I blow my horn. I saw i was being ignored so now I’m annoyed the young man by the window he starts smirking. So I then lariat on my horn and knock on the drive thru window still clearly being ignored, then I sat on the horn, the young lady then gestures with the box in hand this is your food. I explained to her there’s no way it took that long for a2pc and key her know that young man was rude, very rude. Your prices are extremely to expensive for the type of low grade customer service and old food. Completely unnecessary!!!

I’m officially over this Chicken Express location. I ordered a four-piece tender meal with extra biscuits and sides — nearly $20 — and what I got looked like sampler-sized chicken strips. If you’re going to serve tenders that tiny, at least make up for it with an extra piece or two.
And those two biscuits? Stale, dry, and cold. There’s no excuse for that when you advertise “fresh.”
This isn’t a one-off bad night — the quality has been inconsistent for months. I’m tired of paying full price for half-effort food. I want my refund, and I want management to start checking portions and freshness before handing out meals like this.
I used to enjoy this spot, but I’m done spending my hard-earned money on meals that feel like they came from the leftovers bin.

I just went to this chicken express and not only did they take forever I had to tell the person worker if they could please make my food. Then when I got it the chicken was under cooked and I got maybe 7 fries. This place needs better workers and new manager. Not going back there

I just went through the drive thru and brought home my 2 chicken breast and corn. The chicken is tough and the corn, well I have no words for that mess of corn. Here is pictures. Part of it was dry because it was way over cooked, tje bottom end look like somebody else had been eating on it. WTH Chicken Express?

We dined in August 30, 2025. Great experience! Staff was gracious checked back constantly food was excellent service was excellent and fast. Tables and floor was cleaned immediately following guests leaving. Staff really friendly and customer service oriented. We loved it!

(picture is attached) Simple math is not their strong suit. I walked in and ordered a number 2 which is supposed to be 7 tenders with a side and a large drink. I guess I should have checked the box before I left or monitored the kid behind the counter. I came home with 4 tenders and a handful of fries. I would be ashamed if I owned this place. Take pride in everything you do in life and please teach your employees to at least count to 10. Good Lord imagine if I would have ordered a 20 count for my family?

I’m so upset. First time I have ordered from this store. I ordered a #2 7 piece tender with a side of fries and a sweet tea. Also ordered a family mashed potatoes and a gallon of sweet tea. The tenders were not fresh. Also taste like they were cooked in old oil. The side of fries were cold and also tasted like they were cooked in the same old oil. The mashed potatoes tasted weird and had hard chunks in it. The gravy just tasted like flour. I only gave 2 starts because the staff were friendly. Spent nearly$19 for all of this and most will go to waste. They only way I can tolerate the horrible taste of the chicken is because of the serendipity.

This is our second trip here. We came here because the churches chicken we had gone to for years has gone bad and my wife said that she didn’t want churches anymore. Our first trip here, the man was very kind and respectful. He had a ( happy to help you look on his face ) and was very helpful. We liked the chicken here, better than the chicken from churches. The second trip here was exactly like the first trip, the same man with the happy to help you look on his face and was very kind and helpful. I ask if he was the manager and he said yes. I am happy to see the respect, kindness and good service, like this. It is hard to find now days. This Chicken Express is where we will be going for our chicken from now on. A 10 Star rating to the manager from us and a good choice for management to Chicken Express.

Honestly, I stopped because I really needed to use the restroom. I always feel guilty running into a restaurant so I purchased a tea to go. The staff was on point, ready to take my order that was unfortunately, only tea. Very friendly and prompt service.
