Went through this past weekend ordered a 12 pc bucket and added 2 extra sides. Along with a couple other meals. Never received any silverware. And they missed a full side of coleslaw, so I went back to get what I paid for. When I went in a male worker swore he put the Cole slaw in there and told me it was at the bottom of the bag. He assured me, he was the one that packaged it, and it was in there. Regardless of me, already having gone through it and assuring him, it most definitely was not. He preferred to argue and had me bring in my order in the bags he gave us. Only to find that indeed he was wrong and he never packaged the cole slaw. To basically accuse me of being a liar and making me go back out to my truck to grab my order as I had my toddler in the truck and was ordering for the family was absurd. I love kfc, but I will absolutely never be returning to this location. I have been a loyal paying customer for too long to go through all that over a couple dollar side dish and a minor mistake on thier side. I’m not a criminal, don’t treat me as a thief or a liar. As I was going into the building, it sounded as if 2 other customers we’re also having issues with their order.

This KFC location (3770 William Penn Hwy) is consistently the worst. They never get an order right, they’re always out of stock, and you rarely leave with everything you paid for.
Today, Feb 8, 2026, was the final straw. I ordered the $20 Super Bowl wing deal plus other items via the KFC App, totaling over $55. After waiting the 30 minutes the app required for my order to show as ‘Ready,’ I drove to the store only to be told they didn’t have the wings.
What a way to ruin a family’s Super Bowl plans. I placed an order for wings and other items, the business took my money, and I was told to wait a few hours for the food to be ready. After receiving confirmation that my order was good to go, I drove 20 miles only to be told to my face: ‘We don’t have wings.’ They tried to offer me nuggets and tenders as a replacement. Seriously? Absolute lack of respect for the customer’s time and money. I explained that this was unacceptable—I didn’t drive 20 miles for nuggets; if I wanted those, I would have gone to McDonald’s. It was a bizarre situation. Even when I tried to compromise by asking for a family meal to make the trip worth the stress, they stonewalled me, repeating that their manager only authorized them to offer nuggets or tenders.
The lack of professionalism was stunning. The two or three staff members present were smirking and sneering at my situation. One even mockingly remarked that ‘the customer is always right’ while I was clearly upset.
When I expressed my frustration—since I had already paid, waited, and driven there—the clerk became rude and argumentative. Worse, they refused to issue a refund in-store, claiming that because it was an ‘online order,’ I had to do it myself. However, the app has no clear way to initiate a refund for an unfulfilled order. They finally gave me a corporate number, and now I’m told I have to wait several days to get my money back.
This store has zero control over their own digital ordering system and even less respect for their customers. My money is essentially being held ‘hostage’ while my family’s Super Bowl plans are ruined. If you’re on a budget like me, stay away—this franchise will take your money, waste your time, and offer nothing but attitude in return.
I walked away feeling completely disrespected and embarrassed. I will never return to this location.

Placed an online delivery order, didn’t receive a few things. Missing 2 biscuits and my large order of fries. I was really looking forward to my fries. The mashed potatoes weren’t mixed either, lots of powder on them.
As other reviewers have said, probably best to order on site instead of online.

Super delicious. It was my fiance’s first time trying the crispy chicken sandwich and it was so much sandwich she ate the other half for dinner. The coleslaw was the real star of the meal

TERRIBLE… So no one wears gloves anymore… Just in there wiping their hands on their clothes while packing food… Made me sick to my stomach say in the drive thru for 25 mins mind you I was THE ONLY CAR… Got a family meal and none of my sides were enough for the family I mean small everything for a family meal DISAPPOINTMENT AT ITS HIGHEST

Went there around 8:30 cause it’s posted that they’re open till 10:30. Doors were unlocked so we walked in and they told us “we’re closed “. Not even, sorry but we’re closed. Like I should’ve known. My wife said, “it says that you’re open for another 2 hours? He replied nah we’re closed. And walked away. Wonder if the mgmt. knows this. Would of gotten biscuits if that’s all they had. Sad

We had placed an online order. Went to pick it up and the doors were locked, it was only around 5pm. Went to the drive thru and was told they were waiting for our strips and to pull around. 10min later I went back through the drive thru and was the told my order was never started. I tried calling corporate and then my food was brought out. This location needs to retrain its employees.

I wish I could tell the world how great your customer service is. The food was delicious and surprisingly fresh. I’m impressed with ur service, keep it going please. The world needs great employers like u that train their staff properly. If management has it together then the staff will as well. It’s all ab servicing ur customer swiftly and accurately and boy, u guys mastered it! The food was perfect, did I say that already? Somebody pinch me? Amazin’ thanks! The chicken was crisp, great texture and color, juicy, soft but firm delicious biscuits (I need the biscuit recipe pls), the cookie was soft and edible, the chicken littles were made with love… k, bye. Oh and ur chicken little is very similar to Popeyes chicken sandwich, just a smaller version. They stole ur recipe lol kidding but the similarity is there!

Went thru Drive thru, did not receive the sides I ordered. Attempted to reach the store by phone, the line just rings even though they are open for another 2 hours, will never go back to monroeville location. No good service at any of their locations!
