Not sure why the rating here is as low as it is but my experience was outstanding. Fries are house cut and near perfection. Hot & crisp yet still tender in the middle. Order was taken quickly and efficiently. About 4-5 minutes for food do come out. Smash burger itself was off the chain! Prefect lace without being dried out. Fresh meat and perfectly seasoned. Not a thing I’d change here.

Food was pretty good as always when I go lunch hour. But service/server varies. Today, Hannah our server, was not friendly at all. As when we’ve gone before and other servers has been amazing! Hannah was short with us, seemed like in a rush, and didn’t want to be there. When giving our order, rolled her eyes and gave a harsh “sigh” when she asked if I was ordering a combo and I said “yes thank you”. She seemed like she was as upset she had to go back in and make a change. Whatever her reason, don’t bring it to work cause others see it.

Popped in to see some live music, and get a snack. The cashier was very polite and friendly. I ordered a “Baby Fries” Cajun style. When my order was ready the staff member seemed put out by having to help me. My fries were put into the bag upside down, so I had to stuff them back into their baggie to photo the size of them. My fries were cold and limp. Oddly, there were a few hot (temperature wise) fries. I know I ordered the “Baby” size, but I was so disappointed in how little came in the order for $4.00. If a simple order of fries was unsatisfying, I’m not particularly eager to try the rest of the menu.

The girl working the counter was rude. Brown hair and glasses. I was going to put an order in for a burger but before she even greeted me she snapped at me and told me it was going to be a 25 minute wait because it was just her. I said, oh that’s alright and waited. After about 5 minutes I decided to just order a beverage and she snapped at me again and told me that I was going to have to wait 25 minutes for a drink because there were orders in front of me. She then told me that I could go order food outside and I told her that I didn’t want food outside. Just a drink. And she got huffy and finally came over to ring me up for a pop. So ridiculous. Because of her poor customer service and bad attitude they lost my business. I didn’t and won’t be ordering from them.

I really wanted this to be better than it was- especially for $18. If you like to get your burgers lettuce wrapped, this is not the place. It was so greasy I had to take it home and replace the lettuce. The burger itself had ok flavor, but it was so dry and crumbly it honestly just fell apart. How was the lettuce so greasy and the meat so dry?? I also wish there was a better portion of the extra toppings.

We went for an early dinner, only two people working when we ordered and paid. After we sat down to wait, I realized it was happy hour and we were supposed to get $3 off our combos, we didn’t. After 25 mins, we overheard the workers (who just clocked in) scrambling to put the orders together and asked for #74 to be remade, that was our order number. Not even 2 minutes later they yelled from the back counter if we were waiting for food, asked out number, and someone came over and plopped our bag of food on the table like it was a wet rag. We opened out food, it was all correct, but the burger was dry and the fries were greasy and soggy. Not sure I’ll be going back

Disappointing! We ordered through UberEats and chose it because it sounded good. However, it did not live to expectations.
If you want good burgers, go to Red Robin, Foodies, or Hot Mess.

Well my expectations were low and I was still disappointed. Brats is what they are known for..and they were out of stock. Opted for a hotdog and tater tots.Took 36 min for a hotdog wrapped in foil so tight the bun was mushy and the toppings were pushed out of the dog. MID at best. Tots were good. Second time there with the same outcome.

So the price is what turned my stomach. My son got a burger with bacon with fries and a small drink. I paid $26 for it. I was floored. He said it tasted ok and the fries were good but God dang. I wouldn’t eat there again on the basis of the price being so astronomical.
