I figured out why its named Bout Time, because that’s what you exclaim when your food finally comes out. On a Friday at lunch filled maybe 20-30% to capacity and only one server for everyone in there. 15 minutes until they took our drink order, then another 30 until they took our food order, and another 30 after that before the first plate came out, 10 for the next plate and 10 for the last three to come out. If you are on lunch break and get only an hour don’t bother. The food was pretty good though.

While visiting Utah, we looked for a place to eat and stumbled upon this establishment.
We enjoyed the service and atmosphere so much we we went back three times. Now, let’s mention the food, it was excellent! You get your money’s worth as the portion size is filling. To summarize, I’d give six stars if possible. We will definitely be returning while visiting the area next time.

Been to this location many times and every time, the service is absolutely awful. This time was my 5th try and I will never come back to this location again.
It took well over 20 minutes for a server to come to our table and ask if we wanted drinks initially and it wasn’t like it was busy. Maybe 20 people tops in the dining room. After getting our food, not once did our server come up to ask how the food was or if we needed a refill on drinks (not a huge deal, but another beer would have been nice to have) and after we had finished, we waited at least another 25 minutes to pay our check. Couldn’t find our server anywhere so I went to the bar to ask if I could pay the bill and the bartender was a bit of a prick about it and told me to find my server.
Finally found the server and was able to pay but good lord, every single time I come to this location it’s like everyone is too high to function properly and the wait for drinks and paying your bill takes way way too long.
Food was good but service gets a fat 0 from me.

Of all the Bout Time locations, this one is the best. The Hat Trick is fantastic, but the steak can different between each skewer. The shrimp doesn’t even need sauce, but the dish comes with four sauces. Great onion rings. Great, laid-back service. You gotta love all the sports on the tellies as well. Best budget restaurant around. Nachos are always solid.

Been coming to the bar for awhile and got to know the front door guy.. cool as hell and very welcoming. Not sure who those other new comers are referring to, cause us locals..yes locals know the front door guy and we can all say the same thing he is a chill guy .. so if your gonna get 86? It ain’t because u think someone is trying to hit on ur girl .. especially in front of you smh..(no pride at all)..lol..it’s because you came into our house acting a fool..so get 86 my friend. This goes out to the Bar staff and cooks.. and to the front door guy .. thanks for keeping it safe and being friendly keep up the good work and don’t listen to these one stop wonders..lol…and make sure u have them quarters ready for us.

Just a chill place for a good time. Everything was excellent. The music was a great mix and not too loud. The waitress was very attentive, friendly and very personable. Every entree, appetizer, and side dish were spot on. The beverages were chilled to perfection. Lots of TVs and several billiard games happening at once. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing dinner and drinks.

Typically not a bad place. It’s what you expect. Over worked servers and mediocre food. I’ve came a few times to this location and have only had one good server, who has quit due to management.
Today’s experience was a bit silly. Starting off the phone number associated with this location is not working. I tried calling to ask for the soup of the day.
We decided to go in anyways. I ordered a cup of chili verde with no dairy and crispy breaded buffalo wings.
My soup came out with cheese and my wings came out smoked, not breaded. When explaining that I’d prefer the wings just taken off since literally everything I ordered was wrong. The server proceeded to explain that SHE would have to pay for the wings if I didn’t want them. That is 100% illegal.
Why would I pay for something I didn’t order and why would the server need to pay for it? I don’t expect much out of a place like ‘bout time but man today was diabolical.

Sat for over 40 minutes with no service. Other tables that got there after us received service. I was told Anthony the manager was cool but would not address the situation. Word has been spread about our interaction. Do better!
