The two street tacos were almost more than I could eat!!!! And the salsa had the right combination that I liked. I enjoyed the meal which was more than I expected, the atmosphere was truly Hispanic with music and the brightly painted atmosphere. It gets my recommendation

The food was actually quite good, which was the saving grace of the night. If you’re strictly looking for a decent meal, the kitchen delivers.
The service experience was incredibly “off” from the moment we walked in. My son and I stood at the front for about five minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged by the staff, despite several employees standing nearby at the bar or chatting with each other.
The most frustrating part was watching a group walk in behind us and receive an immediate greeting and seating. When I finally spoke up, the explanation was that they “thought I was waiting for a to-go order”. That’s a strange assumption to make when no one had spoken a single word to us.
While the food was solid, the lack of basic hospitality and the “invisible” feeling we had at the front door made the whole experience weird. Our waiter felt a bit disconnected as well. Between the awkward start and the disjointed service, we’ll likely be choosing a different spot next time.

Now don’t get me wrong the food was good but definitely not what I expected, wanting some cali style Mexican food but not getting it. However once again the food was good on its own accord. Not a huge fan of hamburger meat, I like real carne, and Chile rellenos here are not what you think they are. They use bell pepper instead of pablano and there is not batter and its filled with hamburger meat and sprinkled with shredded cheese now that isnt a bad thing but I would call it stuffed bell pepper instead. The waitress was nice but seemed new. It’s a clean place at least.

Came in .. waited a few mins .. a sweet lady came to sit us .. as she was a waiter told her to sit him so she back tracked to his section.. sat us .. she brought us chips and salsa, he came like 10 mins later .. we was ready for food order and drink and all .. took drink order .. then just took off ,, my dad was trying to talk to him .. then during the food order he rolled his eyes and Huffed … bc I asked for milk for my son and an extra plate … We already ate breakfast late so we didn’t want much but my father wanted good Mexican food .. the food came out quickly but it was horrible. The meat was definitely old and burnt tasted like it was in a warmer and back to a cooler for 3 days … Taco salad was the worst Iv ever had a half slice of tomato no cheese and just lettuce.. no I didn’t want sour cream ,avocado didn’t even have flavor tasted like it was uncovered and left in the cooler over night … He kept sitting ppl in his section while the hostes kept having to serve chips and salsa.. if he can’t keep up with the tables and he is drowning in the weeds then another waitress or waiter needs to be sat … Kitchen needs a lot more training…

Ordered as soon as they opened to go and was told it would be 20 minutes. Had more than 1 table of people get their food who way after I got here. Then was told it would be $6 more than it added up to be. Then when I got my food it was half portions and instead of explaining why it was entered in that way, they kept saying for me to pay more to get the full portion which I was fine doing. But they just wanted to argue for almost 10 minutes. Finally got the correct order after almost 40 minutes. Disappointed. Hopefully Baja in Snead will open again soon.

Ordered the Fajitas Hawaiian, the dinner meal at lunchtime. Received a smaller lunch portion but still charged the full dinner price at $15. Ripped off on that deal. The server didn’t have much to do either. Also noticed through the serving window to the kitchen, a cook removed his cap and scratched his head while handling food. This place is lousy. The restaurant in Springville definitely has it together compared to this place.
