I rarely eat out, but I had a really good experience here today. If you’re not sure what to eat and haven’t tried this place before, it’s a safe choice. Some reviews mention smaller portions for takeout — the photos do look lighter — but I didn’t have that experience dining in; it might be something that happens during delivery. With a normal build (BMI around 19), I was comfortably full for about $10–13.

I have called twice with no option to leave a voicemail. I placed an online order and upon the food getting to me it is wrong. I ordered white rice and was given chow mein. I received no phone call if they were out of white rice to inform me. Terrible customer service with no option for orders being correct other than to call the store who doesn’t answer the phone

Walked in to a very clean and inviting atmosphere in this restaurant. I was very impressed at how quick they were getting the customer’s orders at a busy time and with a line when I arrived. I want to give a shout out to Sergio and Kenzo who served my food with exceptional service and catered to my requests with delicate patience. A big thank you to Johan, Kenzo and I believe her name was Leslie if I’m not mistaken as I used multiple forms of payment and they were quite delightfully patient with me and more impressive even was how they managed to prove their own management skills when it came to helping each other out and giving each other a hand. If I could give accolades to each by name for their outstanding and impressive customer and food service experience I would. Honestly, I was so impressed with the service I received in such short amount of time while I was there that I know I do not exaggerate when I say they gave me fine dining service not expected in a fast paced environment. You guys are awesome truly. It makes Waukegan look rather impressive and I’m proud to see a place where there’s pride and honor in the workplace such as witnessed today. I had a great meal from Panda Express. The fried rice was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of seasoning and a fluffy texture. The grilled teriyaki chicken was tender, juicy, and had a rich, savory glaze that paired wonderfully with the rice. The broccoli beef was a standout. The beef was tender, and the broccoli was fresh and crisp, coated in a flavorful sauce. The portions were generous. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient, making the visit even more enjoyable. Everything was packaged neatly for my To-go order, and they didn’t forget any sauces or utensils.

I can’t stand this location. It’s a bunch of teenagers working here and they don’t give a damn. No one looks happy to work there. I was looking forward to my lunch. Look at how unappealing my egg roll looks ! 🙁 my chow mein was dry too, not satisfied with my order at all.
